2. Justification:
In this modern world where the communication is comprehensive, global, there are many terms related to computing and informatics, because of using of the Internet which has broken many time and space barriers . Globalization has established the need of learning a second language that enables a person to communicate affectively and be more competitive in the world.
3. Module Objectives
Purpose:
This Module introduces students to a Technical English, with emphasis on developing grammatical structures and basic communicative skills. Students will gain interest in the English language through creative activities will they gain confidence.
Specifics:
1. Teach grammar through content and context. 2. Present the vocabulary in a clear way easily understood by the students. Incorporate vocabulary into mini- conversations 3. Offer learning experiences that allows the students to explore English through the demo Touchstone Arcade 4. Using Touchstone Demo and exploring other web sites to offer the students appropriate listening and different activities to create a well rounded English environment. 4.
