Over 25 years of experience in the food, health care & beverage industry at various operational functions such as Research & development. Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, Projects and production. More than 5 years of heading operations in south east Asia (Vietnam, Thailand & Singapore). DABUR FOODS: Designation: Head Research & Development. From 1998 to 2005 7 Years 1. Formulation and development of fruit juices, Honey, Glucose, Candy & Syrups. 2. Carried out auditing of Orange juice plants in Brazil, Pineapple plants in Thailand and Apple processing plants in Germany. 3. Gained experience in Tetra pack Technology (spin & Prisma) ,Elopak-hot fill technology and Combi block cold fill technology. 4.
