Effective teaching methodology At ELEC/CELL we use a large variety of resources and a range of stimulating activities to ensure that your interest and motivation levels are consistently high. Our approach is both communicative and fun, at the same time designed to maximize learning. Our main aim is for you to improve your proficiency and achieve your goals quickly and effectively to fulfill both your social and academic needs.

OUR LANGUAGE PROGRAMMES

Intensive English Programme (IEP) This six-level English proficiency programme prepares students for academic success, both in English-language proficiency and social awareness. The programme focuses on improving students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through an integrated approach that develops students' fluency in English. The programme immerses students in an environment in which they are given optimal opportunity to use the language in lessons that are both integrated and communicative. The programme brings the learner progressively through six levels of proficiency. Prior to entry into the IEP students are required to sit for an English Placement Test. Based on the results of the English Placement Test, students are then placed in one of the six proficiency levels. Holiday English Camp ELEC/CELLs Holiday English Camp is designed for students wishing to learn English and be involved in a range of cultural, social and recreational activities. This course offers students the great opportunity to learn English and experience Malaysia at the same time. Students will have full time intensive English classes from Monday to Thursday with excursions on Friday and a full day excursion each Saturday. HOW TO APPLY Malaysian Students Just walk into our centre, register and sit for our placement test. If you dont live in Kuala Lumpur, just submit an online application and our staff with get in touch with you the soonest possible. It is as easy as that!

International Students International students that are already here in Malaysia can just walk into our centre and our helpful staff will help you register to study at ELEC. We are open from Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm. International students who are still abroad wishing to study at ELEC can apply through the following procedures:
