THE COURT: All right .. You're Brett Kimberlin ..
MR .. KIMBERLIN: Yes, si:c.
THE COURT: What's happened with the appeal of the

5 other one that you filed against Mr .. Walker?
6 MR .. KIMBERLIN: The, that was a peace order for his
7 assault on me. He assaulted me across the street. And this
8 Court issued a peace order against him.. He appealed it when it
9 went before Judge Johnson, the other Judge Johnson. Judge
10 Johnson said, found that he had assaulted me, and basically,
11 asked if I had any evidence that he would assault me in the
12 future ..
I said, "No, Judge, I don't have any evidence he's 13
14 going to assaul t me in the future .. I believe he'll harass me
15 in the future."
16 And the Judge says, "Well, this peace order is about
17 an assault, and so if he's not going to assault you in the
18 future, I'm going to let him go .. " So, but the Judge

THE COURT: So he assaul ted you again ..
MR .. KIMBERLIN: So the Judge specifically found, on
21 the record, that this guy had assaulted me, but said that I --
22 anyway, to make a long story short
23 THE COURT: Well, one of the requirements is some
24 idea that the behavior's going to reoccur
25 MR.. KIMBERLIN: Right .. So now --

I always take the notion, of course it's
It happened once, why shouldn't it happen

4 MR .. KIMBERLIN: Well, it's not just that .. As soon as
5 I got out of court, he runs over' to the State's Commissioner,
6 or something, files five criminal charges against me for
7 perjury, and he said that I forged documents from Suburban
8 Hospital, and pictures, to say that the assault never occurred.

THE COURT: How do you know this guy?
MR. KIMBERLIN: I don't know him. He showed up in
11 court and attacked me.

THE COURT: You mean, he's a complete stranger?
MR .. KIMBERLIN: Well, he's a lawyer, he's got, he's
14 on medication, he's got a lot of mental pr'oblems --
MR .. KIMBERLIN: Well, he was advising without filing

THE COURT: I mean, how did you even meet him?
17 an appearance another guy that had been stalking me.. And so I
18 have a double stalker here.. And this man - - I just want to get
19 a little bit of this in the record --

MR.. KIMBERLIN:
Tweeted about me over 1,000 times on Twitter He's posted a
23 200-page post on his blog saying that I framed him, and that
24 I'm going to pay, he's going to make me pay.. He's gone out and
25 bought guns.. He's bragged on his blog that he's gone out and

bought guns, and that he's going to make me pay.
And today, he put on his blog, he said, "Well, when I
3 said I'm going to make him pay, I didn't mean that I was going
4 to do something violent to him, and the fact that I got a gun
5 doesn't mean that I'm going to do something violent to him .. "
6 So he's trying to back off of this ..
7 And I mean, it's just, it's just nonstop .. I mean,
8 I've got the records here from Suburban Hospital I didn't
9 forge these documents, you know, I've got the pictures.. But
10 he's out there ginning up hundreds of, or thousands of people
I've been for 10 years ..

on the Internet to attack me.. I run two non-profits.
director of a non-profit here in town.
I'm the
13 And this man keeps telling people, "Don't donate to this man's
14 non-profit, he's framing me," and all this.
15 And it's, I mean, my wife and my kids, everybody's
16 scared of this guy And I mean, it's gotten, it's gone way
17 beyond the norm .. I mean, I can't even wake up. Every day, on
18 my e-mails, every single day, almost every minute, I get stuff
19 from this guy that's coming in.
20 THE COURT: All right. I'll give you an order. It's
21 good for one week, during which time he's to have no contact
22 with you .. I've made special notes, no electronic contact
23 I've also noted the respondent has guns.

MR KIMBERLIN: And can you, is ther'e --
THE COURT: No contact anywhere you live or work.

2 of counseling? I mean, he admits on his blog that he's got

4 THE COURT: I don't have the authority to do that in
5 one of these,

THE COURT: And I certainly don't have the authority
8 to do it in a tempor'ary, This is only good for a week, We're
9 going to have another hearing a week from today --

THE COURT: And maybe he'll show his true self.,
MR, KIMBERLIN: Great" Thank you"
