The Paschim Bangaya Rajya Sishu Siksha Mission vide above reference Memo Nos sanctioned 584 Additional Class Rooms (ACR) of SSKs and 150 Additional Class Rooms (ACR) of MSKs @ Rs. 3.64 lakh per unit for the financial year 2011-12. The PBRSSM also allotted a fund of Rs. 267176000.00 (Rupees twenty six crore seventy one lakh seventy six thousand) only towards the construction of Additional Class Room of SSKs and MSKs for sanctioned numbers. Now out of Rs. 267176000.00 (Rupees twenty six crore seventy one lakh seventy six thousand) only a sum of Rs. 200382000.00 (Rupees twenty crore three lakh eighty two thousand) (75% total allotment) is sub-allotted as per Annexure I to the account of the Panchayat Samity towards construction of Additional Class Rooms (ACR) in the selected sites which is enclosed herewith. The site selection has been made on the basis of the proforma wise report received under your signature. Therefore it is implied that the SSK and MSK selected in the list have lawful possession of land. If there is any problem in the field situation regarding implementation of the scheme in the selected sites then on receipt of specific proposal the sites will be changed accordingly. All the Additional Class Rooms are to be completed within a stipulated period of thrice months, failing which the fund will have to be surrendered for re-allocation. Completion certificate and photograph will have to be submitted along with the utilization certificate by the Executive Officers, Panchayat Samities. A Proforma for submission of the monthly progress report is enclosed for submitting the same within the 1st week of every month. A model plan and estimate is enclosed herewith for implementing the scheme following the same. The residual amount will be sub-allotted after receiving the utilization of the sub-allotted fund. This is under approval of the District Magistrate, Murshidabad Dated 28.02.2012.
