AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION
I, HERMES T. TENAZAS, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to Flordeliza S. Tenazas, Filipino citizen, with residence and postal address at Blk. 9B Lt. 08, Avocado St., Cielito Homes, Novaliches, Caloocan City , after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say: 1. That I am the registered owner of one parcel of land located at Molino BAcoor, Cavite containing an area of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR (154) SQUARE METERS covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 057-201217085 issued by the Registry of Deeds for the Province of Cavite; 2. That on the above-said title there was an erroneous entry on the Technical Description particularly on the boundaries of the above-said parcel of land; 3. That on the boundaries of the above-said parcel of on the original title appearing as THENCE DUE NORTH instead of THENCE DUE SOUTH as appearing on the technical description duly signed by MARILOU CERVANTES-DAGA-Chief, Technical Standard and Services Section as a proof of evidence is hereto attached the faithful machine reproduction of Technical Description as an integral part of this affidavit; 4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest of the truth of foregoing facts; 5. That I am further executing this affidavit as a compliance of the requirements of Registry of Deeds for the Province of Cavite for the annotation of the title and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
