Rising Mitre Saw 450R

Rising blade circular saw with hydraulic clamp and dynamic blade speed and feed rate. Designed for use in industrial sawing of tube and RHS.
The saw table allows jig fixtures to be attached to directly to the table for clamping complex formed parts. Multiple parts can be cut in a single machine cycle given the correct fixtures. The 450R can accomodate blade sizes from 400mm to 450mm giving a maximum cut depth range from 143mm to 168mm. The 450R is fully dynamic; blade feed speed, rotational speed and position can be set via a graphical screen. The cut is dynamically adjusted during the cycle to reduce the feed speed on tube entry and exit (break through) whilst running at the maximum speed allowable for the material for the duration of the cut. This is facilitated by the use of a closed-loop proportional hydraulic control. A Two handed control activates the clamping mechanism and ensures operator safety.

Servo Controlled Cutting Rate
The feed rate of the blade is altered dynamically so that entry into and exit from the material by the blade is done at a controlled rate. This results in better quality cuts requiring less deburring and prolongs blade life

6" Graphical Screen

Simplifies setting of the start and end of the blade stroke, blade feed and blade speed settings

Inverter Controlled Blade Speed

The rotational speed of the cutting disc can be altered to exactly match the material and blade specification resulting in giving a better quality cuts and longer blade life.

Table Fixtures
Jigs and supports can be attached to the table to accurately hold parts

Blade Lubrication and Coolant

Liquid oil emulsion is used to cool and lubricated the cutting blade increasing blade life

Metal Shavings Tray

Metal waste shavings are collected in an easily accessible front tray
