CA confirms that the PAGA system placed in LQ is able to operate independently without support from other but it plays as a slave unit from master PAGA in CPF. The detail critical signals and additional function mutually transmited/ received betweet LQ PAGA and CPF PAGA shall be verified by CA and EPC2/EPC1 contractor during detailed engineering. Tenderer confirms its compliance.

Telecom Tower

Tenderer shall provide one telecoms tower located adjacent to LQ TER or where appropriate which can support all telecomm equipment including VHF, VSAT/IMARSAT, Meterorlogical system and Entertainment system for its operation reliably and efficiently. Otherwise this telecomm tower shall also be used to hang TROUBLE LIGHTS/BEACONS for hazard warning such as aeronautical hazard if required by the Algerian authority. If Entertainment systems of LQ/SC are independent then the antenna of the Entertainment system at SC is considered to install in the roof of SC Administration Building. System has to be 100% Redundancy for critical parts (Air/Water Heat Pump, o Air Handling Units, Water Pumps, .ie..). HVAC unit, espetialy for AC has to be protected from Sunlight influence. Tenderer has to provide details regarding feeding water to potable/fire tanks during raw water inspection.
