We are looking for an Oracle Functional Consultant (HR/Payroll) to join the IS team.

Responsibilities: * Define and analyse business requirements, functional specifications while engaging with relevant stakeholders. * Document business processes in line with standards and conventions. * Prepare solution design in partnership with business, architecture and technical team. * Involve in preparing risk assessments, feasibility analysis, input to business cases, project plans (as required) and testing documentation. * Lead the execution phase of changes and enhancements related to the appropriate functional stream. Qualifications: * Experience working as a Functional Consultant (HR/Payroll) - 6+yrs * Demonstrated ability to work on different phases of project and to ensure successful delivery. * Should be able to interface well with stakeholders and technical consultants. * Excellent communication skill. Responsibilities: Business requirements gathering, process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specification, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures and documentation. Qualifications: * 6 + years of experience as a functional consultant. * Relevant experience with financial modules such as GL, FA, CM * Demonstrated ability to work on different phases of project and to ensure successful delivery. * Should be able to interface well with stakeholders and technical consultants. * Excellent communication skill.
