Successful accomplishment of meeting Revenue Targets for graduate and post graduate level management courses. Having meetings with top management to assist them in the Decision Making Process and Forecasting Business volumes and growth. Providing regular Training & Development to the team of CDMs as well as for new joinees. Assisting Operation Team to conduct entrance examination (EPAT) & declaration of results. Worked with MSSL Motherson Sumi Systems Limited Noida, TS 16949 certified company having a joint venture with Sumi Tomo Wiring Systems (Japan); it manufactures wiring harnesses and providing electrical solutions to automobile manufacturers with a wide range of products. This is the largest manufacturer of Wiring Harnesses in India. Designation : Executive - Marketing Job Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for Marketing of Components of Wiring Harnesses for various customers Developing new customers, identifying their needs, requirements and convincing them for new businesses. Approaching to the new customer; Organize customers visit (Presentation, Plant Visit, Discussions) via. E-mails, conferencing, Face to Face meetings etc. Responsible for taking care of RFQs as new businesses. Monthly Reconciliation of sales with customers Weekly Reconciliation of Payments Outstanding with customers Responsible for collecting Various Forms e.g. Form-C, Form-D, Form 3B, Form-38 etc. Preparing a presentation containing Business Forecast vs. actual sales every month
