Teaching will not be considered as experience for these posts Pay Details: In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance (HRA), Performance Related Pay, Conveyance Reimbursement, Leave

Travel Allowance (LTA), Professional Development Allowance (PDA), Reimbursement of Medical Expenses, Interest Subsidy on Housing Loan, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity, etc (as per Company rules) will be part of the remuneration package.

Mode of Application: Applications of General / OBC candidates should be accompanied by a crossed Demand Draft drawn on any Scheduled Bank (preferably State Bank of India) for Rs. 500/- (DD of Rs. 200/- in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates) in favour of Central Research Laboratory , Ghaziabad. Candidates working in PSUs / Govt. organizations should submit the application through proper channel or produce No Objection Certificate at the time of the interview.

General: 1. Age/Experience in case of deserving candidates may be relaxed at the discretion of the management. Depending upon the experience, qualification and performance in the interview, candidates may be considered for higher position/ higher pay/service weight-age for the next promotion. 2. SC/ST/PWD candidates called for the written test / interview for Member (Senior Research Staff) will be reimbursed First class /AC II tier and Second class for Member (Research Staff), subject to production of railway ticket / receipts as per Company rules. In case of Gen/ OBC category candidates short listed for interview only will be reimbursed to and fro train fare (Second Class for Member (Research Staff) and First class / AC II tier for Member (Senior Research Staff) by the shortest route, on production of the railway ticket receipts as per Company rules. 3. In case of large number of applications short listing shall be carried out on the basis of Percentage of Marks secured in B.E/B.Tech and relevant work experience. 4.
