Permanent Texas Residents: God is Faithful!!

Praises:
Its true!!! We are now in Texas permanently as God saw fit to sell our house and bring us to do the work He has called us to! There is so much we want to share with you and just encourage you in how God brought us to the place He wants us. You all are such an integral part of this and we cannot thank you enough for your prayers and financial support. I (Krysten) guess I will start where we last left off . As you know from our previous newsletter, God had blessed us by bringing us all to Texas to be reunited together as a family. While we were here in Texas, our pastor had called Dave to tell him there was a family in the church seeking God as they felt the desire and call to plant a church in our city of Summerville, SC. They needed a place to stay and without hesitation, Dave told our pastor to let them use our house. There are no coincidences with God!! What the most incredible thing about this is that this ing together at our house (something that was not working out prior to this for them). He was not just orchestrating our lives this whole time but He was orchestrating others lives to intersect with ours so that He could receive ALL the glory. Suzanne staged our home and the next couple to see the home after she staged it were the ones that bought it. Our God is AMAZING!! I could not have fathomed all that He was doing by bringing this family to us in order to show His love for us!! On May 2, 2012 we closed on our home in South Carolina and made the final journey to Texas to make it our permanent home and serve Him faithfully here at Gospel for Asia!! What a journey it has been but it overwhelms us to see Gods love and grace to us as we continue to seek Him to guide our lives as we serve Him!!

God sold our home and brought us safely to Texas. Krysten will be getting to volunteer and serve in the office starting next week Praise God our support has increased while in the process of moving!!

Prayer Requests: For Dave as he continues to learn new technologies in his role at GFA. That we may continue to seek God first in ALL things For continued increase in our support and for us to be 100% supported soon!

sweet family (The Haverkorns) were about to be a blessing to us in ways we could never have fathomed. Suzanne (the wife) used to be a professional stager for homes. What??? God just sent a family from Montana to stay at our house at the perfect time and stage our house to sell all while allowing them to have the blessing of stay-

Gods Faithfulness continues

God has continued to show us His incredible faithfulness to us! While we were in South Carolina, we were able to increase our support by about 10%. He is so good. We are still not at 100% support but God has not forsaken the promises He gave to us when we first started this journey. Phillipians 1:6 statesAnd I am sure of this that He who began a good work in you, will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ. We are continuing to trust Jesus for our full support very soon. Thank you once again for your faithfulness to God in giving of yourselves to us through finances and prayer. We love you!!

Meeting his Creator

Than Kyi grew up an animist. The 21-year-old college student to make the most of his time by having a three-day worship service. Than avoided participating in Lwins worship service the first night, thinking it was only for Christians. But after Lwin invited him to join them for their second day, Than sat among the believers, listening to the Good News for the first time in his life. All these years, Than had worshiped creation, but that night, he was finally introduced to the Creatorand the message of Gods sacrificial love pierced Thans heart. With the Holy Spirit at work, Because of your prayers and support for us, people like Than are getting to hear the Gospel for the very first time! Than confessed his sins and decided he would commit his life to the Lord Jesus Christ. This newfound love engulfed Than. He became an active member in the local church, participating in all the worship services and other activities. Today, he continues to grow in the Lord as he finishes up his final year at college. He fre quently visits his family and shares the Good News with them. He and Pastor Lwin have faith that Thans parents will embrace Christs love soon.
