OBJECTIVE: Act as single contact point for business for any operational issues. Resolves problems/issues and acts as a liaison with all departments, divisions and subsidiaries in managing Business relationship within the bank.

Retains and expands relationships with existing Business & Operations. Develops and implements a plan for sourcing prospects and developing new Business relationships. Process reengineering and new process development for Operation. Improve service quality Strengthen Risk Management Area Install a Zero Tolerance Compliance Culture Deliver Operational budget Increasing efficiency and drive down cost. Facilitate business more efficient and proactive manner. Streamline operational processes keeping the similar activities together to bring efficiencies. Facilitate business units for achieving our vision of becoming the 2nd largest Bank in Private sector in Bangladesh by 2011.

SME Banking Relationships & Support Be a single point of contact through Customer Care, Operations for SME business unit for any operational service issue Support SME Business for all new products and gather requirement for BSD to develop the product as it requires Manage operational risk issues and escalate to senior management Involve continuously on process improvement initiatives Monitor the activities of Customer Care, SME as dotted line report Find out the scope of improvement of staff efficiency of average performers within SME Operations and arrange necessary training for them Monitor the compliance of audit findings and SLA accordingly Retail Banking Relationships & Support Manage operational risk issues and escalate to senior management Be a single point of contact through Customer Care, Operations for Retail business unit for any operational service issue Involve continuously on process improvement initiatives Monitor the activities of Customer Care, Retail as dotted line report Find out the scope of improvement of staff efficiency of average performers within Retail Operations and arrange necessary training for them Monitor the compliance of audit findings and SLA accordingly Support Retail Business for all new products and gather requirement for BSD to develop the product as it requires
