Below are the Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Head - Sales Head Sales has primary responsibility of Management

and Development of the Equity Sales and Services. Has to lead and manage the sales team, be responsible for achieving the ambitious growth plans, engage with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement sales strategies that we achieve and exceed budgeted levels of sales growth in all service lines

Products Focus: 1) Equities 2) Derivatives 3) Currency Futures 4) Credits 5) Franchisee Operations 6) Property Services 7) Technical Research Responsibilities associated with Head of Sales are:1. Business Development across all Products except Distribution 2. To manage the Market Excellence, gathering market and customer information 3. Delivering sales in line with budgets within a Senior Sales role 4. Implementation of Sales Strategy that addresses different geographical sales coverage 5. Periodical meetings and interactions with State Heads, Regional Managers, Branch Managers & Product Heads on status of business. 6. Business budgeting, tracking of variance, MIS and staff Productivity tracking 7. Periodical review of Targets v/s Achievements with Branch Managers / Regional Managers / State Heads/Product Heads and report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Senior Management Team. 8. To regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Senior Management Team. (added in point No.7) 9. To work closely with the Operations Team to ensure successful smooth delivery of client services. 10. Ensure quality control of all sales output pertaining to customer acquisition and service delivery 11. Help and Participate in the promotional campaigns at various locations with special consideration to prime locations. 12. Innovate and implement newer ways of business development through product innovation, campaigns and contests with attractive rewards.

13. Tracking the MIS reports generated and managing Sales and Services within the organization and constant follow up down the line to smoothen variances if any. 14. Periodical visits to various locations Branches, Regions, States across the country. 15. Periodical review of performance and extend support where business is not as per expectation and suggest improvements especially improve the performance of Loss marking and Low Profit making branches 16. Ensure adequate number of qualified and skilled sales staffs within the organization 17. Ensure training & development activities are imparted to the sales staffs to upgrade/improve their skills
