1. COMPANY
PHILOSOPHY
The objective of this agreement is to facilitatea working environmentat Somerton National Distribution
Centrewhich deliversexcellentcustomerservicethroughexceptionalqualityand productivity.Fundamental
to this agreement is team work and the mutual respect which exists between the Company and its
employees. All employeeswill receivetrainingand assistanceto enhancetheir personaldevelopment.
It is recognisedby all parties that mutual benefitsand job securitywill be derived through a climate of
continuous improvementand the acceptanceof new methodologiesand technology.The Companyrand

15.4 Methodof implementation
