Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Mayor Knoll at 4:00 p.m.

Agenda
348.2008 Hinz: That the agenda for the December 1, 2008 regular meeting be accepted as
amended.
CARRIED.

Minutes
349.2008 Corbett: That the minutes of the November 17, 2008 regular meeting be adopted.
CARRIED.

Overtime Hours – Josh Buniak

350.2008 Janzen: That Josh Buniak be paid 10 hours overtime for Saturday, November 29
due to a power outage.
CARRIED.

Voting Delegates
351.2008 Reimer: That Terry Hinz and Doug Knoll be voting delegates for the 2009 SUMA
convention.
CARRIED.

Estimate Water Meter Readings

352.2008 Reimer: That the Town do an estimate reading for water meter readings for the
end of December 2008.

Tax Exemption – J & J Storage

356.2008 Helmuth: That J & J Storage be offered a tax exemption on Lots 6 to 10, Block 4,
Plan C1084 in accordance with the Town’s commercial tax incentive policy.
CARRIED.

RM – Recreation Agreement
357.2008 Helmuth: That the RM recreation agreement be tabled until the next regular
meeting.
CARRIED.

RM – Library Agreement
358.2008 Greve: That the Town enter into a three-year agreement with the RM of Rosthern
No. 403 regarding financial contributions to the operation of the library.
CARRIED.

Bylaw 2008-12 – A Bylaw to Amend a Bylaw
