A} POWER
1. Positional
a] Legitimitate
At one cultural event, where I was the event head, I used my Legitimitate power over one team where they were using wrong method to complete the task and hence I disqualified that team.

b] Rewards
In the month of November, when I was loaded with many project and there was one day when I had to complete to two projects in one day, so in that case I bribe my friend by saying that if he will do my one project then I will recharge his mobile account.

c] Coercive
In one of the project in my college, my one team mate was not doing anything and being a group leader I used my coercive power and told him that if he will not contribute to the team then I will remove his name from the final report and after that he worked very efficiently.

Personal
a] Expertise

Two year back I started one cultural event in my engineering college and till today that event is held every year. Recently few days back I got a call from one unknown number, when I received the call, first thing he told was that, he is handling that event this year and he needs my help and tips in executing that event. So I think in this case, I used my expertise power and help that guy.

b] Referent
My father executes referent power on me because he is my role model and I always obey his all orders.

c] Information
Two years back when I was starting a new cultural event in my college , all the participant were curious to know complete detail of that event but I kept those detail secret and share all that information on the day of event.

3. Relational
a] Emotional

While doing final submission in my 7th semester, I had finished my submission before time but my best friend was not able to complete that and at that time he used emotional power on me by saying that I am his best friend and I can only help him in completing the assignment and I did his work.

b] Network
In the last year of my engineering, I wanted to do start one new event in my technical festival and I started enquiring about various robotic event held in other college .In this process I found one good idea. But I wanted to know all the minute details of that event ,hence I found one of my friend in that college and through that I got the number of the event head of that robotic event and finally I execute that event in my college.

c] Connection
In semester 1, everyone was given an assignment to meet a HR of a listed company .Since I was fresher, I had no network with any company. I initially tried to contact the HR of some company but no one was giving the appointment because I had no reference. But after thinking so many days, I got an idea that I should used reference of my brother-in-law , who was working at good post in good bank and it worked I quickly got an appointment with the HR of that bank with the help of my brother in law.

B} Influence
1. Logical Tactics
a] Rational Persuasion
In order to get the clearance of the budget of my technical event , I showed all cost which was going to incurred and plus I told him the estimation of revenue from this event ,after bargaining at some points I got a green signal from the sir.

b] Inspirational appeal
The director of our college Prof. P L Arya, he is having inspirational influence on me , once I meet him in Aakarshan for some work , I told sir that your value system is great and even I want have values like you, while talking all this my work with sir was completed smoothly.

c] Consultation
I took part in B-plan competition , my idea was good , I can say that because I cleared the first round but in next part I was required to submit complete b-plan but the problem was that being an engineer , I didnt had much idea how to give the estimated financial data of that idea. Hence I met one professor in college and told him my idea and i asked him to help me to calculate the financial data of that .He explain me all the important things and after I submitted my b-plan.

2. Soft Tactics
a] Ingratiation
In our college, to get various things required during any seminar, the person you required to contact is Babu bhai. I am a Finance Forum member and I used this tactics on Bahu bhai, to get all the works regarding to seminar are done on time and properly.

b] Exchange
At the end of last all of us were bombarded with many projects. One of my friend was common in two project group. Hence I told him that I am less interest in one project and I offered him that if you do my work in that project than I will do his work in second project and he agreed to that offer.

c] Personal Appeal
I am food lover and hence I eat a lot and on top of that I love chesses and mayonnaise. So after all lectures get over, I go outside to have Frankie. The guy who make Frankie know me very well now and whenever he see me , he directly ask me should I make spicy mayonnaise Frankie ?. After saying yes, I tell him to put extra mayonnaise and tell him I always come at his stall. He happily put extra mayonnaise and he makes my Frankie.

3. Hard Tactics
a] Coalition
In semester one , once I was 20 minutes late for a important lecture and I knew that if I will enter alone in the class then sir will not take me, but luckily I saw that Onkar was coming late and I enter with him in the class and sir didnt said anything and I attend the class .

b] Legitimating
Recently when a seminar was going in our auditorium and when I was doing the volunteering, I took the mobile of one student because he was using the mobile continuously even after giving initial warnings of confessing his mobile. Hence I used legitimating tactic over here.

c] Pressure
In one of the technical event in which I was event head, there was one team member who was not obeying my orders and hence I used pressure tactic and told him that if you will not obey my orders then I will not give him his certificate.
