CIRCULAR for GOA Tour Scheme for ARIVA authorise dealers

OBJECTIVE OF THIS TOUR - To establish a wide distribution network as well as brand equity and to increase the popularity and to promote ARIVA products. ELIGIBLE - ARIVA Authorized Dealers only. PRODUCTS UNDER THIS SCHEME- Scheme is valid on AVENZA, BRIO, CERENA & DAMILLO MODEL - R.O. Water Purifiers only ELAN, ELIXO and MINERVA is not covered in this scheme. PRICE AND COMMERCIAL BENEFITS The Ariva Products will be provided on D.P. (dealer Price) 45 Units in 3 Months the scheme GOA Tour will be free of cost for ARIVA

authorized dealers.
SCHEME SCHEDULE - The scheme will effective from ( from 1st JUNE -2012 to 31st August-2012 ). TERMS Tour scheme shall be applicable on all India authorized DEALERS who will be eligible for a trip (1 person) to a tourist destination GOA for a maximum of 3 nights/4days. Thus, all dealers shall be eligible for this tour on an All India basis. Business target for 45 Units of AVENZA,BRIO, CERENA AND DAMILLO ( OR assorted ) in three months period. Model ELAN, ELIXO and MINERVA is not covered in this tour scheme. Material billed on GOA tour scheme will be not return back in any

circumstances except any manufacturing defects. All the orders will be supplied on first cum first basis from our authorized area distributor only.
CONDITIONS - This GOA tour is organized by M/s ARIVA TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD., with the association of Tour conducting organization on to and fro basis. The Tour Conducting organization will take the responsibility to provide us painless and enjoy full trip. Company executives will associate in this Tour for taking care of our Dealers. PAYMENT- 100% - PDC ( post dated cheque ) with order for 21 days strictly. Without 21 days PDC ( post dated cheque ) the order will not be accepted as Tour scheme order. That order will be treated as normal order. TERMINATION AND JURISDICTIONS - In case of tour is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances either side ( From the company OR from the Dealers ), the compensation shall be paid to those dealers, who has achieved 60% of the said Tour target and F.O.C. ( FREE OF COST ) Product worth value of 4% exclusive of TAX. Similarly, the dealers who have achieved more than Tour Target, he shall be rewarded with the 2% extra discount (inclusive of TAX ) as T.O.D. ( Turn Over Discount ). TOUR INCLUSIONS - Tour will be conducted in the month of September-2012 which date will be declared in first week of AUGUST-2012. The tour will include a Star hotel accommodation including

Breakfast, Dinner and sight Seeing only. The pick-up point will be Ex-DELHI at M/s Ariva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., No-2, West Patel Nagar, ( First Floor ), New Delhi -110008. (opp. Metro Pillar No 229 ).

ANNEXURE II Entry FORM ( attached here with this letter ), must reached our Delhi office
duly filled by dealers latest by 30th of JUNE-2012.
