GENERAL OBJECTIVES a.

. To know and value the available financial sources and products such as credits, loans and other financial tools, as well as the possible subventions and to select the most appropriate ones according to the firm, analyzing the accounting information and assessing the costs, risks, requirements and guarantees demanded by the financial institutions, in order to obtain the financial resources necessary for the development of the activity. b. To elaborate commercial reports, applying statistics to the information available in a SIM, configuring such a market information system and obtaining and analyzing the information necessary to take decisions in the commercial activity of the company overseas. c. To elaborate and analyze the product policies, price, communication and distribution, selecting the most appropriate ones to take decisions about the product sale in overseas markets. d. To select the basic information or briefing from products, analyzing the relationships among the different variables that intervene in the international mix marketing, in order to elaborate a marketing plan. e. To consult data bases and publications and to use means and communication systems, valuing the risk factors to identify and get in touch with customers and suppliers. f. To participate in the different stages that define an international contractual agreement, offering different bargains, identifying the international legislation for contracts and providing the necessary documents to manage the international commercial contracts. g. To identify the current legislation, the competent institutions and the necessary stages required to exchange goods internationally, elaborating the necessary documents to carry out the administrative management of importation and exportation transactions as well as goods introduction and expedition. h. To obtain information, to carry out the necessary transitional stages and to fill in the necessary documents to obtain loans linked to importation and exportation transactions and to international projects, establishing and managing the associated risks and costs in order to carry out the financial management of the international transactions, according to the pre-established procedures. i. To interpret the legislation, identify the transitional stages and to prepare the necessary documents to the projects funding and to participate in international contests and tenders. j. To analyze the storage processes and the methods of stock management applied in the organization of a warehouse, valuing the internal distribution and the system of goods manipulation, applying the current legislation as regards safety and hygiene, guaranteeing its quality and taking advantage of the available resources to organize the goods storage. k. To analyze and compare different means of transport, costs, goods physical protection and documents necessary for the international transactions, proposing

alternatives and respecting the current legislation as regards goods delivery and travellers transit to carry out the plan for far-away routes. l. To identify and determine the necessary documents and transitional stages interpreting the current legislation to manage the payment and cashing forms and the international guarantees and support. m. To manage in English the relationships derived from the international commerce, not only with customers but also with suppliers, public institutions, national and international banks and with all the entities that participate in international transactions. n. To use the most efficient tools from the Internet and from other digital systems to advertise the firm internationally, to sell online and to manage the digital invoicing of all the international transactions that have been carried out. . To analyze and use the resources and opportunities offered by learning related to the scientific, technological and organizational evolution of the sector and the information and communication technologies, to maintain the learning-through-life spirit and to adapt to the new working and personal situations. o. To develop creativity and innovative spirit to give an answer to the challenges emerging in the working organization and processes and in the personal contexts. p. To take decisions giving arguments, analyzing the possible variables, integrating knowledge from different fields and accepting the risks and the possibility of failure, to face and solve different situations, problems and contingencies. q. To develop techniques of leadership, motivation, supervision and communication in the different working contexts in group, to make the organization and coordination of the working teams easier. r. To apply communication strategies and techniques, adapted to the contents that are going to be transmitted, to the goal and addressees characteristics, to guarantee the efficiency in the communication processes. s. To evaluate situations to prevent labour risks and environmental protection, proposing and applying personal and collective prevention measures, according to the current legislation in the working processes to guarantee safe working contexts. t. To identify and propose the professional activities necessary for giving an answer to the universal accessibility and the design for everybody. u. To identify and apply quality parameters in the activities carried out throughout the process of learning, to value the assessment and quality culture and to be able to supervise and improve quality procedures. v. To use procedures related to personal and business initiative to carry out the basic management in a small company or to begin a job. w.To recognize their rights and duties as an active social agent, taking into account the legal framework that comprises the social and working conditions to participate as a democratic citizen.
