Hole in front porch represents major safety risk.

Front yard and general appearance of house are in a state of disrepair. Front and rear entrances have broken locks.

Light on 208 porch does not func-on

Cracked walls all over the house; this is in 208s kitchen.

Floor is sinking in the laundry room on 208 as a result of improper drainage

The tube in the laundry room is clogged and has caused the sinking oor

Broken glass on back door of 208

Cracked paint everywhere on walls possible lead hazard.

Driveway has mul-ple, large potholes. Driveway is uneven could cause harm to vehicles and pedestrians.

Upstairs 208

Light and ceiling fan do not func-on.

Trash everywhere from previous tenants prevents free access to stairs and exits

Bathroom door is not lockable

Light does not stay on. Possible faulty wiring.

Light does not func-on.

Toilet has broken top; will not ush.

Toilet chain not aXached to usher missing upper por-on.

Wall prevents window from opening. Safe ven-ng impossible.

Peeling paint from improper ven-ng. Possible lead hazard.

Filthy, mold-ridden shower represents health risk.

Mold

Status of smoke alarms unknown. Please inspect.

Outside shed completely lled by previous tenants trash.

Oven and stovetops malfunc-oning

Carpet is lthy

The door is missing.

Upstairs bathroom does not have ligh-ng; exposed wiring represents safety and re hazard.

Door near kitchen (to basement) is missing a handle.

Hole in the wall on second oor.

Basement has no ligh-ng whatsoever.

Exposed wires in basement are a safety hazard.

Basement is strewn with trash, broken glass, and spilled paint from previous tenant.

Piping appears to be tampered with or otherwise not func-oning.

Stairs to basement are splintering; could easily break if stepped on.
