REACTION For a fact, the City Council was surprised that the land being applied by Mr. Hora has a construction and it was erected for how many years already. They were not notified that the land owned by the City Government which is being applied by Mr. Hora has already being occupied by the latter and constructed a concrete house. The City Council had done the inquiry because of the reactions/comments made by the concerned citizens regarding the painted advertisements in waiting sheds made by SITEL. The City Council had given time to elaborate and discuss such matters. It is well tackled and given due course by the City Council.

The creation of City Local Blood Council and appropriating funds therefore and whether it

The questions raised by the City Council had introduced more questions as to where the funds will come from, who

The guest should have presented a more vivid diagram or proposal for the City Council and the people who are in the Session Hall to fully visualize their proposal and the City Council not having a hard time doing their imaginary diagram.

The compliance with the Memorandum of Agreement it has entered into with the City Government of Baguio regarding the Environmental Recycling System (ERS).

The questions raised by the City Council were not properly answered by Mr. Lu. He was just making excuses. He doesnt know the concrete facts of what hes saying and he has no files or documents to show and prove that what hes saying are true. He was not ready for the invitation of the City Council to explain about their compliance with the Memorandum of Agreement. He cannot state the facts that concern about the machinery that they have provided to the City Government of Baguio.

The City Council should have invited a representative of the PRO TECH who knows about the details of the procedures in the ERS. It was evident that Mr. Lu is not that knowledgeable in terms of the specific details of the procedures. A personnel who knows more about the procedures regarding the process made should be the one to explain how things work.
