Fourth Sunday of Easter ShareLife 2012

Working Wonders With Dignity And Respect For Others. As the annual charitable appeal of the Catholic community in our diocese, ShareLife supports a large family of Catholic agencies that truly do feed, clothe and shelter people, befriend the isolated and lonely, and care for the sick and frail. They guide and counsel the troubled, protect the vulnerable, visit people in prison and give a voice to the voiceless. ShareLife agencies meet people where they are, whatever their religious beliefs or personal background, treating them with the dignity and respect we all deserve.
Cardinal Thomas C. Collins, Archbishop of Toronto

Prayer for Vocations

Loving and Generous God, it is You who call us by name and ask us to follow You. Help us to grow in the Love and Service of our Church as we experience it today. Give us the energy and courage of Your Spirit to shape its future. Grant us faith-filled leaders who will embrace Christ's Mission of love and justice. Bless our Church by raising up dedicated and generous leaders from our families and friends who will serve Your people as Sisters, Priests, Brothers, Deacons and Lay Ministers. Inspire us to know You better and open our hearts to hear Your call. We ask this through our Lord.
