Dear Mr. Rohitash Goyal,

We take this opportunity to bring to your attention that our Company, has decided to allow Transfers for The Edge Towers from the 1st of January 2012.

The salient features of our Transfer Policy are:

1. Payment Criteria:

To become eligible & to apply for transfer of a residential unit, the Transferor must have paid, as on date of application, Higher of the following amount(s).

a) 40% of Total Sale Price of the residential unit as per adopted payment plan. Or b) Complete payment of all dues / outstanding, payable to the Company, as on the date of transfer application.

2. Transfer Charges:

Rs. 100 (Rupees One Hundred) per sq ft. exclusive of service tax or any other charges.

3. Documentation:

Both Transferor and Transferee are required to execute the standard documents as per

format(s) provided by the Company.

4. Companys Discretion:

The transfer is subject to the prior approval of the Company and as per the Companys discretion.

Note: The present day rate Basic Sales Price for The Edge Towers is Rs.5000.00 per sqft.
