PEOPLE: ONGOING PROJECTS

Recruiting: IAE continues to have a large number of new hire searches for two key reasons: Its institutionalization process is still ongoing, as IAE adjusts its staff profile to new business requirements, and Specific business needs (new programs in new locations - sites, provinces and countries- as well as emerging needs). Development: IAEs Job Posting (to recruit candidates from inside the organization for job openings) was launched in 2011, with satisfactory results. Training: The organization focused on its SAP launching project and all internal processes. Personnel training, induction and re-induction courses, as well as an extension program for families, all remain in place. Compensation: We continue to work towards an internally and externally equitable salary distribution scheme. Some benefits have been instituted to improve living conditions for IAE employees (an off-week at the end of the year has been added to annual vacations). Internal Communications: A new design has improved IAEs Intranet. Several contests were launched, with significant staff engagement (Fathers day, Mothers day, holidays, etc.) Many events have been held to share IAEs accomplishments and enhance communications, with growing staff turnout. Workshops were organized to work on workplace atmosphere survey results (the survey is conducted every two years). IAEs institutional self-evaluation survey had a 100% response rate.
