38. And the Sun runs unto a resting place: that is the decree of (Him), the Exalted in Might, the All-Knowing. 39. And the Moon,- We have measured for her stations (to traverse) till she returns like the old (and withered) lower part of a date-stalk. 40. It is not permitted to the Sun to catch up the Moon, nor can the Night outstrip the Day: each (just) swims along in (its own) orbit (according to Law).

59. Moses said: "Your tryst is the Day of the Festival, and let the people be assembled when the sun is well up."
130. Therefore be patient with what they say, and celebrate (constantly) the praises of thy Lord, before the rising of the sun, and before its setting; yea, celebrate them for part of the hours of the night, and at the sides of the day: that thou may be pleased.

37. Among His Sings are the Night and the Day, and the Sun and the Moon. prostrate not to the Sun and the Moon, but prostrate to Allah, Who created them, if it is Him ye wish to serve.

Command. Verily, His are the Creation and the Command. Blessed be Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the Worlds!

Your Guardian Lord is Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth in six days, then He settled Himself on the Throne: He draweth the night as a veil o'er the day, each seeking the other in rapid succession: and the sun, the moon, and the stars, (all) are subservient by His Command. Verily, His are the Creation and the Command. Blessed be Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the Worlds!
Lord: to Him belongs all Dominion. And those whom ye invoke besides Him have not a straw.
32. Nay, verily: By the Moon, 33. And by the Night as it retreateth, 34. And by the Dawn as it shineth forth,35. This is but one of the mighty (Portents), 36. A warning to mankind,-
