CHAPTER 7- ANALYSIS & INTERPRETATION OPINION OF EMPLOYEES ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:Researcher is interested to find out whether the employees are aware of the word HR and are they know about its functions. Opinion of an employee about their HR dept that it is functional or not. The different opinions are expressed from respondents as follows:-

From the above chart it is clear that 80% of respondents are aware of the functions of HR and 10% of respondents believe that it is only about human resource, 6% of respondents believe that It is related to admin. activities and 4% believe that HR means only Recruitment and promotion.. We should make necessary measures to aware the employees about the dimensions of HR department.

OPINION REGARDING AWARENESS OF THE FUNCTIONS OF HR WITHIN THE DIVISION:HR is itself a vast area to cover, here researcher is want to find out whether the respondents are aware of the functions of HR within the division or not. It is necessary for the department to act more functionally but ots possible only when employees are aware about it. From the above chart it is clear that 18% of respondents believe that they are aware of the HR functions in the division, 70% believes that up to some extent and only 12%of respondents cant say about this. We should adopt new means to show the functions of HR to other employees.

DISTRIBUTION OF PERCENTAGE OF RESPONDENTS ON THE BASIS OF SATISFACTION:Employees are the most valuable asset of the company and it should be the main of the company to satisfy them.HR dept. is basically made to sort their problems regarding payroll, salary, pms etc. This part is basically to find out whether the department is catering the needs of the employees up-to the mart or not. It is clear from the above chart that 30% of respondents believe that HR dept. is catering their needs up to some extent, 40% says up to great extent and next 30% cant say about this and non respondents dont know about this. Majority of people are not fully satisfied with it and its directly affecting their performance, so we should have proper channel to sort out their problems and we should initiate new thing to satisfy them.

In the above chart it is clear that 70% of the respondents are not satisfied with the policies and only 30% are satisfied with it. Satisfaction of employees and performance are inversely proportional to each other.

In the above chart it is clear that 24% of the respondents believes that objectives of the HR meets the objective of the company up to some extent,54% says up to great extent, next 16% cant say and last 6% says it rarely meets. If objectives meets than company proves to be more productive and committed.

OPINION REGARDING IMPLICATIONS OF EFFECTIVE PRACTISES TO SATISFY THEM:Organization main aim is to satisfy the employees and act according to their needs. If organization wants to be competitive than he should sharpen their employees skills by introducing new practices in the organization. This research is taken out to find out that whether the new HR practices are implemented or not and if implemented than employees are satisfied with them or not.

department is implementing effective practices to satisfy employees up to some extent, and the next 24% believes that implementation is up to great extent. And 22% cant say and last 22% says that they rarely implement any practices.

From the above chart it is understood that 28% of respondents expressed that up to some extent only department is able to concentrate on its core area. next 52% believed that dept. is concentrated on its core area up to great extent and only 20% cant say about this.

Opinion regarding Need for training:Training and development is a process that entails a comprehensive assessment and a methodological nature of the employees potentialities keeps in mind the companys requirement and objectives. Out right purpose of training is to increase knowledge and skills for the job under consideration. Training helps in acquiring skills fresh knowledge on the job.

It is clearly mentioned in the above chart that..of respondents have said that the concentration on T & D part should be . 70-80says 58% next 32% says50-60 ,10-30 last 6% and 20-40 says 4% only.

Opinion regarding HR Initiatives:HR initiatives are the new means and measures which is implemented with in the division to satisfy their employees, to sharpen their skill & to make their employees updated with the new findings.

It is clearly mentioned in the above chart that 40% of respondents have said that concentration on HR initiatives should be 75-80%, 36% says 50-60%, next 20% says 25-40% and last 4% says concentration should be 100%.

RESPONDENTS OPINION REGARDING COMMUNICATION SYSTEM OF HR:-

Communication is the way by which one can share their views with others, it plays an important role in an organization. Communication system should be strong with in the organization so that the employees get information in time and they are aware of the activities which are being practiced by the organization. Regarding communication system above chart clearly shows that 20% of respondents are satisfied with the communication system up to some extent and 70% are satisfied up to great extent and last 10% cant say about this.

From the above chart it is clear that 20%. of respondents are agree with the fact that all the happenings 24% strongly agree ,amendments are reach to them on time,10% disagree with this fact,40% are neutral on this fact10% are disagree and next 6% are strongly disagree with this fact. It shows that majority of people feel that information doesnt reach on them on time.

OPINION REGARDING INVOLVMENT OF JUNIOR & MIDDLE MANAGEMENT IN HR INTERVENTIONS:Employees are the competitive edge of the company and its necessary for the company to enhance their skills. Company should focus to implement the HR interventions in junior and middle level as they are they one who have to perform so its necessary for them to sharpen their skills to make business more competitive.

From the above chart it is clear that 50% of respondents believe that it is imp. to give emphasis to junior mgmt.30% in HR interventions to great extent, and 20% says that it is important but up to some extent.

From the above table it is clearly mentioned that majority 30% of respondents i.e believe natural with the point that HR interventions practiced by Mirza international is benchmarked for rest of the corporate,8% strongly disagree with this point, next 4% nil about this opinion, and 24% strongly agree with this point and last 10% disagree with this.

The above table shows that 4% of respondents in the age group of 20-25, 24% of respondents from 26-30, 32% from 31-35 age group , 30% from the age group of 35-40, and 10%. of respondents from the age group of 40 and above. .

Distribution of Respondents by Sex The stress of greater financial needs being about greater dissatisfaction with once job which effects their output. Most of the studies conducted abroad have found that women are more satisfied their job than men, but men are restless by nature.

From the above table it is evident that 70% of the respondents belong to the male sex group and 30% of respondents were female. Sex is an important factor in determining the new ways to adopt while branding the department. From the above analysis the majority of sex group is male.

From the above (figure) it is evident that 50 of respondents are Graduation, 54% and 47% of respondents are Post-Graduated. The majority of respondents are belongs to graduates, it shows that the level of academics education.

The above chart shows that the service of respondents 10% from 0-1 year, 40% from 2-4 years, 30%.from 5-7 years and 20% respondents from 7 year and above. It is clear that the majority of the respondents is 2-4 years of service.

Findings
This chapter attempts to recapitulate the major findings of the study. This highlights the major findings that are derived from the analysis of date from the previous chapter, which followed by the

suggestions made by the investigator. 1. The majority i.e., 32% respondents are of age 31-35 and 24% between 26-30. It can be said that the companys work force is mature & young. 2. The 70% i.e., 35 respondents are males. It shows that there are fewer opportunities for women in

this company. 3. Fairly high number that is 54% means 27 respondents are acquired Graduation degree. It shows

the majority of academic education. 4. 40% of respondents are employed in company since 4 years. Means experience of

respondentents in the company is ranging from 2 to 4 years of services. 1. 80% of respondents are aware of the broader aspect of HR but still there are 20% of respondents who think that HR is only about human resource. 2. Fairly higher number that is 70% of respondents are aware of the functions up to some extent only and even its observed in the research that 40% of the respondents experienced that department is catering their needs up to some extent only ,so its clear from above observation that employees are not satisfied with current functioning of the department. 3. Thirty one respondents i.e.32% of respondents feels that HR dept. is catering the needs of the company but up to some extent only. 4. Opinion expressed regarding policies made during last two year the 70% respondents i.e. 60% of respondents are not satisfied with it. 5. Twenty-three i.e. 54% of respondents are satisfied with the fact that objectives of the HR meets the objective of the company but up to some extent only. 6. The majority of respondents i.e. 32% have said that dept. has implemented effective practices to satisfy them but op to some extent and they should concentrate on this part. 7. There are only sixteen i.e., 32% of respondents who are aware of the HRD related activities in the division and large part of it i.e. 68% are not aware of it. 8. The majority of respondents i.e., 58% of respondents have said that dept. is able to concentrate on its core areas but up to some extent only. 9. The training and development programs of company, 58% of respondents have said the concentration on T& D should be 70-80% 10. Sixteen i.e. 32% of respondents believes that concentration on HR initiatives should be 75-80%.

11. Opinions regarding communication system of HR dept. the 70% of respondents have said that they are satisfied with the system but up to some extent and next 20% of respondents found it more satisfactory.

12. 18 respondents have experienced that company is giving priority to junior and middle management in HR interventions but up to some extent only. 13. Majority of respondents i.e. 60% believes that company should include junior and middle mgmt. in HR interventions up to great extent as managerial skills available in company steer the company to a bright future. 14. Opinion expressed regarding HR interventions practiced by company can be benchmarked for other corporate, majority of respondents i.e. 30% natural agreed with this fact.

CHAPTER 7- RECOMMENDATIONS:1-We should make them understand about the broader prospective of the term HR.

2-Company should make out maximum from their human resource.

3-Company should take new initiatives to sharpen the skills of the employees.

4-Department should look in to the problem sincerely and react on it on time.

5-Training should be given to them and several post assessment tools should be implemented to find out whether they are gaining or not.

6-Create a method to calculate ROI.

7-Company should adopt new means and measures to satisfy the employees.

8-Open communication system should be there so that they are free to exchange their ideas.

9-Separate BLOG should be made where employees can write their suggestions, problems etc.

10-HR service centre should be opened so that dept.gets time to concentrate on their core areas.

11- Employees are dis-satisfied in management recognition of individual employees, when your employees do good work, recognize them and appreciate it for immediately.

12- There should be timely interaction between executives at junior & senior level before finalizing any major HR decision.

13-We should include HR as a strategic partner.

14-Make the employees aware of new upcoming areas of HR.

15-Separate Forum should be made to conduct the surveys in various departments for better understanding of problems and their needs.
