Description of the Project The Materials Catalogue Maintenance by using e-SPIR Tool for Exploration and Production in Europe (EPE). Exploration and Production in Europe (EPE), owned by Royal Dutch/Shell group of companies, is the chief oil and gas production company in Europe. The next stage is drilling; often in remote locations and in difficult terrain such as in frozen seas or arid deserts. Once the presence of hydrocarbon is proven and commercial conditions are right, the field will then be developed and brought into production. Responsibilities Receive all detail about material and corresponding Vendor drawing documents & catalogs from client Enter the Material Details into e-SPIR Tool.(and also supplier detail and tag, serial,drawing,

manufacturer and supplier part number or reference number, currency, delivery date plant name project name ) Import supplier e-SPIR in to e-SPIR database advisor module. Check and Duplicate spare parts identified Initial review on each SPIR for correct Serial no., Tag, Drawing no., Position no., Part no. & specification of each items. Find out missing values from Vendor documents and update. Prepare BOM data to uploading to SAP Cataloguing of each material as per Shell standards. MESC coding of the each material.
