About Performance appraisal report : Performance appraisal report helps to (1) validate and refine organizational actions (e.g. selection, training); and (2) provide feedback to employees with an eye on improving future performance. After one year of employment of an Employee has to undergo through performance appraisal. Head of the Unit, duly fill the performance appraisal report and submit it to higher Authority. This report helps in Annual Increment.
