Painting/Modelling Contract

This document is to prove that ................................................................................................................................ will pay a sum of ..................for the purchase of the model............................................................................... and will also pay the sum of ................. for the construction/painting.

Legal rights 1. The customer may, at any time, be eligable to cancel this contract. Doing so before the contract end will mean all payments must be up to date and payed in full: a 10 charge will be incured to the customer if work has comenced, 15 if the construction / conversion has been completed, 20 if painting has commenced. 2. The work being undertaken will be set out in 4 stages. The first being purchase of the model. This includes the full cost of the model and any postage costs involved . This payment is to be made in full before any model is bought. If the customer is supplying the model they must arrange to get the model to the agreed location and must pay all fee involved (prefered face to face meeting) 3. The second stage is the construction and modification of the model. After the model has been assembled and any requested modeling / conversions have been completed, 3 photos of the final assembly will be provided to the customer. If the customer is satified with the workmanship then the next stage will be undertaken. If the customer is not satisfied any alterations will be carried out and a further set of photos will be sent as before. 4. The third stage is the painting and basing of the the model. once the figure has been fully painted to the agreed standards and to the agreed scheme 3 photos will be supplied to the customer. 3 photos of the final assembly will be provided to the customer. If the customer is satified with the workmanship then the next stage will be undertaken. If the customer is not satisfied any alterations will be carried out and a further set of photos will be sent as before. All cost agreed before any work is carried out will cover replacement blades, glue, any extra parts required for conversion, replacement brushes , new/required paints, the time and high quality standards to which sll work has been carried out on the model. These costs will be agreed before work has been carried out and before the customer signs this contract. Payment for the final product must be rescieved within 28 days after the customer has been notified and they have agreed that they are satisfied with the final model. If the payment is not rescieved by the agreed date then the customers model is taken as full payment.
