AirPl@n
The comprehensive suite of services designed to support your maintenance programme & planning activities
Introduction
AirPl@n
Flying an aircraft implies having a maintenance programme duly approved by the regulatory authority. It is one of the mandatory documents needed for initial and renewal of the aircraft Certificate of Airworthiness. Therefore, it needs to be kept updated to reflect the aircraft configuration and manufacturers documents (aircraft, engine, others). The maintenance programme contains the scheduled tasks that need to be performed. It is the starting point for developing the maintenance task operating plan that will identify the most appropriate schedule according to aircraft operation. As an added value for your engineering team, Airbus propose you to bring its large expertize through the AirPl@n suite of services. It is designed to offer you the best in class practices for your maintenance programme and planning activities.

AirPl@n deliverables
The Job Card (JC) The Job Card (JC) provides instructions on how to perform a maintenance task identified in the OMP and the related Task Card. The Job Card data (procedure, parts, material, illustrations... needed to perform the OMP task) are extracted from the AMM.

Deliverables
The Operator Maintenance Programme (OMP) The Operator Maintenance Programme (OMP) contains the scheduled maintenance tasks applicable to an Airbus fleet. It is created using the Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) and each individual aircraft configuration as a basis.
SHEET 2 - 09/09
AirPl@n deliverables
The Line Check List (LCL) The Line Check List (LCL) contains all the scheduled maintenance tasks applicable to an Airbus fleet that are considered as part of the line maintenance (preflight, transit, daily, weekly).
The Maintenance Task Operating Plan (MTOP) defines the most appropriate schedule of OMP tasks according to each operators maintenance concept: operators strategy, aircrafts utilization and availability, manpower/material resources, aircraft age. It shows the distribution of OMP tasks into maintenance check events over a defined period of time. Each event highlights the total number of tasks and the associated workload.
SHEET 2 - 09/09
The Resource Provision Data (RPD) provides material resource data such as expendables, consumables, tools/ground support equipment for each task identified in an OMP. This information is directly extracted from operators AMM and IPC.
The Task Card (TC) The Task Card (TC) summarizes to the mechanics what maintenance operations have to be done for a given maintenance check. The data is retrieved from OMP and RPD.
