The DCD-435 is remarkable CD players that let you enjoy superior sound quality at a reasonable price. It includes features normally found on higher-end players, such as a CD mechanism with high specific gravity positioned at the center of the player. This mechanism is carefully balanced with the player's overall weight to ensure that vibrations do not even slightly influence the purity of the signal as it is read from the disc. The DCD-435 combines this sensitive vibration suppression technology with DENON's already highly-acclaimed digital sound and acoustic technology to produce a clear, dynamic sonic experience in which even the delicate nuances can be fully enjoyed. In addition, the DCD-435 sports an attractive, high-end design that blends well with the DENON PMA-535R, DRW-585 and TU-235RD to ensure not only high-quality sound from CD to analog output but an elegant visual harmony as well. s Newly developed D/A Converter The DCD-435 employs a newly-developed D/A Converter which imparts a cleaner, more detailed sound compared with existing models by removing much more of the distortion that plagues high frequencies. s 8-times Oversampling Digital Filter The DCD-435s 8-times Oversampling Digital Filter ensures that the digital sound you hear is as pure and clear as possible over the entire audio spectrum. All signals from the lowest to the highest levels are well balanced and of exceptional quality. s Optical Digital output The DCD-435 includes an Optical Digital Output that lets you connect a MiniDisc unit or other digital signal recorder to make direct digital recordings. s Music Calendar The DCD-435's display incorporates a Music Calendar that lets you see up to 20 track numbers at a time. During Program Play, for instance, this feature lets you see at a glance which tracks you have programmed for playback. s Display Dimmer The DCD-435's Display Dimmer function lets you darken the listening room to suit your mood when listening to music. The brightness of the display can be set to Normal, 2/3 Normal, 1/3 Normal, or Off. s 20-track Program Play The 20-track Program Play feature lets you designate which tracks you want to hear on a disc and in what order. You can select up to 20 tracks for programmed playback. s A Wealth of Additional Playback Functions Theres virtually no end to the ways you can enjoy musical selections from a CD: 1-Track Repeat, All-Tracks Repeat, A-B Repeat Random Play, Intro Scan, Skip, Search, and others. s Centered Mechanism Layout The pickup mechanism, which is the only moving part in a CD player, has been placed at the center of the DCD-435s chassis to minimize the adverse effects of vibrations, a major source of noise.
