2ND PRESIDENTS COLLECTIVE MEETING AGENDA Colegio de San Juan de Letran May 19, 2012 Dear presidents, We would like to remind you that the 2nd Presidents Collective Meeting will be this May 19, 2012 (Saturday) at the Colegio de San Juan de Letran at 1:00 3:00 PM followed by a Volunteers Meeting from 3:00 5:00 PM. The Presidents Collective meetings are open to all presidents/chairpersons and vicepresidents/vice-chairpersons of all student councils and student political parties allied/networked to the Student Council Alliance of the Philippines. Attached is the provisional agenda of the meeting in order to help you prepare with your other council members. We will be entertaining comments and addition to the agenda until May 10, 2012 at 5PM. We request that those members of the Presidents Collective who will be bringing in new members must forward the attached agenda to those concerned. In this regard, The Letran Student Council is requesting that confirmation of the presidents and vice president, together with the names of the at least five volunteers per school (as was previously agreed), be made available to them in advance in order for them to facilitate the entry passes. Please have your confirmation sent to the National Secretariat (scap.neb@gmail.com or 0917-362-7480) by May 10 as well. We will be notifying all concerned of the dress code and other concerns in due time. Please do not hesitate to contact the National Secretariat for any concern. Updates on SCAP 8th National Congress

The deadline of confirmation for the 8th National Congress of Student Councils and Student Political Parties will be on the 25th of May. In this regard, the Secretariat will be providing updates pertaining to the National Congress. Decisions and positions have to be made in order for the Secretariat to execute them with the pool of volunteers. We request that all councils come prepared regarding the discussion and the debates ahead.
