There is no further appeal right for Darland within the WSBA process and we are clear to proceed (although the WSBA decision is not binding on the Courts and Darland may still attempt to file some kind of claim against us in the Court proceedings). After Brian left Jim McBrides office with a short notice, overnight to all intents and purposes, I no longer had any legal representation. My suspicions that Jim McBride was overwhelmed dealing with all of Brians files and eventually had to withdraw from the case have been confirmed by Google acting as Kittitas County Court Messenger and attaching a copy of the Court proceedings dated October 11, 2011 to me only yesterday, April 20,2012. The moment Jim McBride had to withdraw, Michael L. Darland and his gang of attorneys that were close to the small time rural town Judge Michael E Cooper, had the field all to himself to go on winning! What a victory! The transcript of the Court proceedings (See 26) below are well worth reading. The well documented evidence published on www.snocadia.blogspot.com was far to damning for Michael L. Darland, the retiring Judge Michael E. Cooper and attorney Douglas W. Nicholson to have to live with it! NOTE: April 20, 2012 I have, only now, read the Kittitas County Superior Court Proceedings sent to me by Google. My Sincere Thanks to Google for acting as the Kittitas County Court messenger.

My Comments: 1. The Court did not mind that Michael L. Darland ducked and dived for 6 (six) years in his efforts to delay/deny me justice. But the Court readily bought in the argument of Jeff Slothower, attorney for Michael L. Darland that Mr. Jim McBrides problems shouldnt obviously be at my clients expense. Yet Michael L. Darland could duck and dive thru a series of tactics to delay/deny me justice for six years.

2. I did not ask to be sick with cancer. I did not ask Michael L. Darland to renege on his numerous promises that as soon as I had finished helping him with OUR case in September 2005, he and his wife would send me to a good doctor they knew to take care of my suspected cancer problems. 3. When Michael L. Darland failed to honor his many promises and agreements to/with me, I had NO OPTION but to return to my country, Mauritius Island to undergo my first cancer surgery on March 14, 2006 and two more since. 4. Birds of a feather flock together! I have provided my physical address numerous times by way of certified mail that I addressed to the Kittitas County Superior Court and all parties concerned. Additionally, I posted a copy of a request I addressed to the Court and all parties on my Snocadia blog. I requested the Court to order that I should receive all hard copies of all documents at the address I provided, before the case could proceed. The Court and all the attorneys conveniently ignored my request! 5. It is repulsive that attorney Jeff Slothower should be telling the Court in October 2011: I objected because he (McBride) did not provide a service address for Mr. Leclezio. When, ALL parties had my physical address since September 2011 at the very least. See Doc 27 below 6. Had my blog not been removed by the four: Darland, Slothower, Cooper and Doug Nicholson SERPENTS, the whole world could see exactly what species of serpents we are dealing with! It makes me want to vomit. The removal of my blog www.snocadia.blogspot.com is a filthy hoax perpetrated on the public. One that grants Michael L. Darland a license to go on defrauding people unpunished! What a black eye for the retiring Judge Michael E. Cooper of Kittitas County Superior Court only days before stepping down from the bench after a long carrier! 7. Attorney Jeff Slothower makes a big deal of the $106,000 he reports I supposedly owe the Darlands. As the WSBA found from material supplied to them by the Darlands, the money was used to pay OUR property taxes, to pay OUR legal bills that Darland had promised to pay but failed to do. Very little of the loans (to be repaid upon the sale of OUR property) was used for living expenses while I was working for FREE for 18 months on our case by Darlands side. I was doing so on the premise that when we sold the land I would receive at least $7 million according to Darlands own valuations and promises! 8. Through sheer greed, how many millions of dollars Darland turned down and how many more millions is Darland seeking while making self serving allegations of Fraud against me? (See Document #3 below A rare true statement from Darland) Who is fraudulent offering encumbered property for sale on the web as if it were Free and Clear at the time? 9. However among others, a statement by Ellensburg attorney Jeff Slothower is very telling: He (McBride can deal with Leclezios in his malpractice carriers if that is where he feels he is. What a cheap shot from Jeff Slothower in an effort to transfer and assign blame. Unlike Michael L. Darland, I am neither possessed by greed nor obsessed with the need to make ever more money by hook or by crook. Jim McBride is a thoroughly honest, distinguished and has always been and will always be a most loyal individual. I am very sorry to hear about his

problems from the Court transcript today. Jim is NOT and could NEVER be made responsible for Michael L. Darlands failures and total lack of credibility. Jim is in another far superior league above Darland. That explains why Jim was elected Highline School president and Darland was NOT. No parallels can ever be made between Jim McBrides noble mentality and Michael L. Darlands scavenging character. 10. IMHO, Another very revealing comment of Jeff Slothower is: This matter has to be closed. Too bad Slothower was not honest enough to go on saying: Before we, Darland, attorney Doug Nicholson and Jeff Slothower lose your friendly ear shortly, dear Judge Michael E. Cooper. However in ending Jeff Slothower points out that the Judge must sign the order only days before retiring. The ending remark to Judge Cooper from Slothower is: Thank you, Your Honor. And I realize this is the last time Ill appear in front of you. 11. The hearing discussed above took place on October 11, 2011. The Judge hurriedly granted the motion presented by Slothower and promptly struck out the trial date set for November 18, 2012. 12. By so doing, did Judge Michael E. Cooper retire with an indelible self inflicted black eye? Judge Michael E. Cooper retired only a short twenty days later at the end of October. No wonder, This matter had to be closed before! This odious Kangaroo Court ploy cost me True Justice, hundreds of thousands of dollars and inflicted upon me further irreparable damages. How shameful! 13. But, is this a repeat of how attorney Doug Nicholson snookered the Snoqualmie Pass Utility District into a Settlement Agreement. At the time Nicholson was secretly privy to the Judges schedule while attorney Dan Mallove acting for SPUD was not as close to the Judge. (See Doc # 21 below) It is further worthy of note that Jeff Slothower is merely a smoke screen for Nicholson who could not afford to chalk any more conflicts of interest to his name. If there is any semblance of Justice and Truth left out there in North America, I demand, from Africa, that my www.snocadia.blogspot.com be reinstated immediately so the whole world can be Judge. Considering my heart condition and my recent surgery on March 30, 2012, my wife is very concerned that all this latest activity inflicted upon me by vain efforts to cover up

the truth will end up killing me. It is only if and when Darland succeeds to kill me that the public at large will stop seeing my posts about criminal Michael L. Darland reappearing to safeguard others from being defrauded by that repeat criminal. In the meantime I will not heed my wife or my doctors advice to avoid unnecessary sources of disappointments. conflict Money is not worth losing eternal life over. But Truth and Justice are well worth dying for.
