Till date this office has not received the Original Copy of above said ARE-3s from your office with certificate of warehousing. You are therefore requested to look into the matter and arrange to send the Original copy of the above ARE3s with certificate of warehousing as per Board Circular No. 851/09/2007-CX dated 03.05.2007 at an early date please.

Sub: Issue of unutilised Certificate for CT-1 No. 132/2010-11/29202 dated 16.09.2010- in favour of M/s Technichem Organics Pvt. Ltd. Survey No. 347 Village Lunej Khambhatm/r Please refer to CT-1 No. 132/2010-11/29202 dated 16.09.2010 issued in the favour of M/s Technichem Organics Pvt. Ltd. Survey No. 347 Village Lunej Khambhat. In this connection it is to submit that on the strength of CT-1 No. 132/2010-11/29202 dated 16.09.2010 for V/S PYRAZOLONE SOXY ACID Quantity 12,000 Kgs Ass.Val.54,60,000/- and Duty Rs.5,62,380/- issued by your Office. Against the said CT-I M/s Technichem Organics Pvt. Ltd. Survey No. 347 Village Lunej Khambhat has cleared the V/S Pyrazolone SOXP Acid (Quantity 4000 kg, value Rs 1820000/- total duty Rs 187460/-) vide ARE-1 No.13 dated 22.09.2010. Hence the Balance duty amount of said CT-1 remains to Rs. 37,49,20/- (Rs 562380 Rs 187460). Meanwhile the goods cleared under ARE-1 No. 13 dated 22.09.2010 is rejected and returned to the factory premises. Further Assessee has cleared the goods vide ARE-1 No. 16 dated 07.10.2010 (Quantity 4000 kg, value Rs 1820000/total duty Rs 187460/-) on the strength of same CT-1 No. 132/2010-11/29202 dated 16.09.2010. Hence the Balance amount of said CT-1 remains Rs. 187460/- (Rs 374920/- Rs 187460/-). Assessee has again cleared the goods on strength of same CT-1 No. 132/2010-11/29202 dated 16.09.2010 vide ARE-1 No. 18 dated 13.10.2010 Acid (Quantity 4000 kg, value Rs 1820000/- total duty Rs 187460/-). The zerox copies of above mentioned AREIs and CT-1 Certificate are submitted herewith for doing needful at your end please.
