SUMMARY:
The Chief Marketing Officer will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Priority Sports and Entertainment, and will be responsible for directing strategy creation, player marketing and asset creation for Priority clients, as well as lead the marketing team. The Chief Marketing Officer will direct all marketing efforts on behalf of represented players including, but notlimitedto,developingandmanagingcorporatemarketingdeals,aswellaspublicrelationsand community service initiatives. This position will be accountable for maximizing Priority Sports clients earning potential and crafting unique ways to promote each individual. Success will be predicatedoncreatingandmaintainingstrongclientrelationshipsandutilizingsenseandcreativity toarrangepartnerships.

ESSENTIALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
The Chief Marketing Officer will serve as the leader for the division in all areas of business development,clientserviceandstrategicvisioncreation,includingbutnotlimitedto: Lead and direct the marketing team in regard to all aspects of offfield and offcourt marketing, public relations, and community relations support for the players represented byPrioritySports. Solicit, create, develop, negotiate, and manage corporate marketing deals for the players; providedirectionandsupportforthemarketingteaminthissameregard. Manage current corporate relationships, as well as set strategy for and manage the development of new corporate relationships including, but not limited to, endorsements, appearances, media tours, licensing, trading cards, books, and various types of media opportunities(TV,radio,film,etc.). Overseeallmarketingcontractsinregardtothedealsnegotiatedbythemarketingteamon behalfoftheplayers. Developastrongworkingrelationshipwithplayersinordertohelpidentifytheirofffield/ offcourtgoals,bestunderstandhowtomarketthemtoprospectivecorporateclients,and toensurecontinuouscommunicationwiththemthroughouttheyear. Create and manage public relations initiatives on behalf of players and the company, to includeinnovativeandtechnologicalprojectssuchasinternetandsocialmediaventures. Oversee and manage the P&L for the marketing department. Serve as the leader of the division in the creation of assets and general business development to grow the offerings andcapabilitiesoftheagency. EDUCATION&EXPERIENCEREQUIRED:
In addition to possessing the necessary experience and skill set to achieve the tasks established above,theChiefMarketingOfficermustalsomeetthefollowingrequirements: Bachelor'sDegreerequired;graduatedegreespreferred. 10+ years of experience in sponsorship marketing representation and/or sports and entertainment marketing with proven leadership in personally directing major clients initiativesinthesports,entertainmentand/orexperientialspace. Deep personal brandside contacts and history of longstanding business relationships in thesportsandentertainmentindustry. Strongclientdevelopmentandnegotiationskills.
