who is not Constitutionally eligible for the office....P ERIOD! In fact, I will fight to have any ineligible candidate PROSECUTED and all who LI E in order support that candidate PROSECUTED and imprisoned! Some of you may wonder what this particular rant is all about. Easy. It's about the FACT that the Republican establishment is pushing an ineligible candidate fo r Vice President...Senator Marco Rubio. Senator Rubio has proven to be a force to recon with in the Senate. He is 100% e ligible for that position according to the United States Constitution. All that is require to be a Congressional Representative or Senator is that the person be a citizen . Here is the section that specifies requirements for Senator in the Constitution: United States Constitution, Article 1, section 3 : No Person shall be a S enator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Yea rs a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabi tant of that State for which he shall be chosen. Why is Marco Rubio ineligible for the office of Vice President? The Vice Preside nt must meet the exact same eligibility requirements as the President because he would step directly into the office of President if needed. Therefore, he or sh e MUST meet all eligibility requirements. The United States Constitution REQUIRE S that the President be a natural born citizen . That is different from just citizen and is the reason that the requirements for Senator and Representative simply st ate that those positions be filled by citizens . Marco Rubio is NOT a natural born c itizen ! His parents were NOT U.S. Citizens at the time of his birth. So, even tho ugh Marco Rubio was born on U.S. Soil, and is a citizen , he does NOT meet the requ irement of natural born citizen . If you have any doubt about that, look up Senate Resolution 511 from 2008 where the Senate declared John McCain eligible for the office of president precisely BECAUSE his parents were U.S. Citizens! Here is the portion of the United States Constitution that specifies the require ments for the Office of President: United States Constitution, Article 2, Section 1 : No Person except a nat ural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoptio n of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither sh all any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United Stat es. We already have on known criminal in our White House. Barack Obama is NOT a natu ral born citizen. He has also presented as fact, a forged Long Form Birth Certif icate according to the evidence presented by Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Poss e...evidence that has NOT been factually refuted by ANYONE. Barack Obama is a fo rger, fraud, and violator of his oath of office...all crimes that should already have him serving a life sentence in federal prison. Every member of Congress (both the House of Representatives and the Senate) has refused, REFUSED, to take the slightest action about the violation of our Consti tution or the FACT that Barack Obama is presenting obviously fraudulent document s to the entire nation. Now, the GOP seems determined to compound the violation of the United States Con stitution by putting Marco Rubio up as a Vice Presidential candidate. It has bec

ome obvious to me that every member of congress is determined to invalidate the United States Constitution and the rule of law. They all seemed determine to con centrate all federal power into the Executive branch leading to a totalitarian s tate with all the lose of liberty and freedom that entails. We can prevent that from happening if we do the right thing. Every member of the House of Representatives and one third of the Senate is up for election. NOT ON E of those people should be reelected! NOT ONE. No matter what your party affili ation, I urge you to put freedom and liberty ahead of party agenda! Vote for any one other than the incumbent candidate! We can not afford more of the total disr egard for the rule of law that we have now. In 1975, I took the oath of enlistment in the U.S. Navy. I swore to protect and defend the United States Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and dome stic. Each time I reenlisted during my 20 years in the service, I took that oath ...I still abide by it. It's sad and depressing to see that NOT ONE member of th e Congress or the Executive branch will abide by their own oath of office that a lso states that, they too, would uphold, protect, and defend the United States C onstitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic....we have a governme nt of traitors...we must change it!
