Campbell Crossing LLC is pleased to offer you the following home: 3052 Gorgas Ave # A Your community office is located at: 3065 Forrest Rd.; their phone number is: 931-431-2305/2308 The scheduled move out date for the above residence is: 01/17/2010; 3 business days after move out please contact your community office to discuss the move in procedure & establish your move in date which is projected to be 15 days after move out. You will be responsible for paying the pro-rated rent on the scheduled move in date. Your community office will advise you of the amount due & the method of payment required. If the allotment of your BAH is rejected for any reason, you will be responsible for paying your BAH on the 1st of each month until the allotment is accepted. You will not be breaking a lease to accept this home; Campbell Crossing LLC does not release you from your existing lease obligations off post. Campbell Crossing LLC advises you NOT to give notice to vacate in regards to your current address until you have confirmed a move-in date with your community office. The sponsor is authorized one paid local move onto Fort Campbell, if the sponsor has had a prior move onto Fort Campbell during the current tour, the sponsor is not authorized another paid move. Once your move in date has been scheduled with your Community Office please visit the Housing Services Office, bldg. 850, to get the transportation orders, and then contact the transportation office to schedule your move. The sponsor must sign-in to Fort Campbell as their current duty station prior to being able to move-in to a Campbell Crossing LLC residence. Assignment will not be made unless the sponsor or family is expected to occupy the above residence for a minimum of six months from date of move-in. If you would like to move to another Campbell Crossing LLC home you must live in the above residence for a minimum of 1 year AND gain rank/dependent to be eligible to move over at your expense. You are allowed 2 PETS ONLY in Campbell Crossing LLC. They must be micro chipped & registered with Ft. Campbell Veterinary Services; enclosed is the Pet Policy for Privatized Housing under the Armys Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) Privatization Program. Campbell Crossing LLC is operating under the Resident Utility Billing Program; enclosed is an overview of the program. If you are unable to accept the above residence for reasons beyond your control (for example, hospitalization, emergency leave, restrictive lease clause, unavoidable delay of Familys arrival), you will retain your relative position on the waiting list. If the above residence is declined, you will be removed from the waiting list; subject to the provisions above. In addition you will have to submit a written request to the Director of Property Management to re-apply. Please sign below that you have read and understand the above information.
