PROJECT OVERVIEW Customer location The customer premise is located at Daraju industry, Nycil road in Ogun state housing estate Ota, Ogun state Customer station location The site chosen by SNG for the installation of the customer metering and reduction station is within the fenced area of the company Installed Facilities SNG presently has just install a 6inch service line along Nycil road in Ogun state housing estate, running parallel to Euro Global fence wall and terminates with a valve pit at Nycil. This line provides Gas supply to Nycil chemicals

The proposed line shall be tie in to this new line. The only affected customer shall be Nycil. SNG shall be responsible to arrange a shut down day with Nycil 3.4 Process description The new line shall be laid at a depth of 1.2m below existing ground level At the road crossings (which are to be executed by open cut method, timber pads shall be provided at such locations so as to allow access to residents during construction works The customer station to be utilised for this installation, shall be collected from Food and Agro allied industries along Abeokuta road. The activity shall include deactivation of gas supply to Food and Agro Allied industry via isolating gas supply from the existing customer isolation valve outside the boundary fence of the company. The customer station shall be removed from there and relocated to Daraju industry. Blind flanges shall be installed on the Inlet line and tested for leakage.

String pipe along designated right of way, using timber and sand bags as cushion for pipe so as not to damage pipe coating Put in barriers and warning signs Commence pipeline excavation and put in barriers and warning signs Commence pipe welding using approved welding specification Upon completion of all welding works, barricade work zone for preparation of non destructive testing X-RAY Position adequate sign to inform other about the commencement of Radiographic examination Carry out radiographic examination Upon completion, jointly inspect and interpreter result with the SNG representative on site If joint is confirmed, proceed to next step If joint is found to be defective, modify welded joint in accordance to interpreted result Coat all underground section of modified spool, using heat shrink sleeve Pressure test modified inlet spool in accordance Shell construction specification S-29 Test pressure shall be 33.5 bars, using water as the test medium Dewater spool and dry Upon completion of pressure testing and the result certified by SNG site representative, carry out holiday detection testing on all buried section of the spool. If leak (Holidays) are noticed during the testing, repair the section using heat shrink sleeve and test again. Upon completion, prepare pipe trench bed, by removing all sharp objects which may damage pipe coating and gently lower pipe into the trench Backfill excavated section with a hump of 30cm girth. . KISL shall review the document and confirm the adequacy of the procedures

RESPONSIBILITIES PROJECT TEAM LEADER To direct and control all the Project related activities in accordance with the contractual obligations stipulated in the contract He shall report to SNG project engineer on daily basis on all project related activities for necessary actions Define the objectives, identify the constraints, plan project activities and report to the SNG project engineer for approval Define the project organization; Control and supervise the project activities and to manage conflicts in consultation with the SNG project engineer Supervise the application of the control systems in order to ensure the achievement of time, cost and quality objectives; To ensure the periodic and final reporting activity; SITE PROJECT ENGINEER His duties are as listed below He shall assist the project leader in the execution of the project from the operations angle He shall be responsible for the supervision of all field operations To supervise and control all the engineering activities; To allocate the resources for the optimizations of both the proposal activities and the project execution To arrange the tools in order to ensure that the Kokun Integrated Services procurement objectives are met; To provide support to the projects with regard to the procurement activities; HEALTH SAFETY AND QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (HSQ) He reports directly to the Managing director but coordinates with Project Manager on day to day running of the project. His functions are To supervise and coordinate the Quality Assurance and Control activity for the project To ensure application of Safety Rules and regulation for the proper execution of the project To ensure that the project HSES targets are met To define in conjunction with the project supervisors the hazard related in each activity, manage them and put in place adequate control measures

SAFETY OFFICER He shall report directly to the HSQ Manager, and liaises with the project engineer to ensure that all required Safety requirement are complied with, his duties are To ensure application of Safety Rules and regulation for the proper execution of the project To ensure that the project HSES targets are met To define in conjunction with the project supervisors the hazard related in each activity, manage them and put in place adequate control measures QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR PROGRESS MONITORING AND REPORTING SYSYTEM Progress Scheduling and Monitoring The Project planning and monitoring shall be carried out using computerized planning software (Microsoft project 2005). The works schedule shall be prepared in accordance with the following principles Identification and listing of the main activities and steps through the preparation of a work breakdown structure (WBS) Analysis and choice of logical sequence of works in terms of timing Evaluation of activities duration and the compatibility with allocated resources Definition of the performance standards in order to maintain an optimum and smooth progress of the project. A level 1 program shall be prepared at the commencement to define the project Milestones A detail level 3 will be further prepared detailing all the components of the project. The Progress Monitoring system incorporate the definition of physical progress and productivity of each identifiable activity measured and assessed in order to report the works. Work progress report Work progress report shall be issued every week end, the report shall capture all activities carried out during the week The report shall also monitor the work progress status, listing out the planned activity versus actual achieved using S- Curve
