NOTIFICATION
ALLOTMENT OF GOVERNMENT BONDED SERVICES
walk in interview for Medical Graduates, PG & Super Specialists

As per the Hon'ble High Court order in WP 1440 of 2011 dated 29/08/2011, the
Director of Medical Education & Research, Mumbai is directed to allot the services to
bonded candidates. Following candidates should note time schedule for selection for
filling the vacant posts of Medical Officers and Assistant Professors in
Government/Corporation Medical Colleges & establishment under Directorate of Health
Services, Mumbai (DHS).
Group-1:- Candidates who have passed MBBS in Nov./Dec- 2010 from
Government/Corporation Medical Colleges in Maharashtra and completed
internship by January 2011.
Group-2:- Candidates who have passed Post graduate Medical diploma in year 2011
from Government/Corporation Medical Colleges in Maharashtra.
Group-3:- Candidates who have passed post Graduate Super Specialty Degree
(DM/MCh) in year 2011 from Government/Corporation Medical Colleges in
Maharashtra.
Group-4:- Candidates who have passed Post Graduate Medical Degree (MD/MS) in
year 2011 from Government/Corporation Medical Colleges in Maharashtra.

The number of vacant seats will be available on DMER website
"www.dmer.org". All the information related to Eligibility criteria, tie breaker for
selection, list of documents required & inter-se round for reserve category posts will be
available on the DMER website. If a vacant post is not available in the concerned subject
for Group 3 & Group 4 candidates then they will be considered for vacant medical officer
posts.
At the end of the selection process of the vacant seats to all the group 1 to group
4 candidates, remaining vacant post will be offered to the other candidates i.e. those
who have obtained degree in the year 2010 or before from the Government/Corporation
Medical Colleges. Such candidate can also attend the selection process. The selection
process will be governed by the instructions given in WP No 1440/2011 by the Hon'ble
High Court, Bombay.
Candidates not attending this process are liable for recovery of bond
penalty.
Bonded Candidates who have already joined Bond Services from aforesaid
Group 1 & Group 2 at Government/Corporation Medical Colleges/DHS as a Medical
officer need not attend this selection process. However desirous bonded
candidate who have already joined Bond Services from aforesaid Group 4 at
Government/Corporation Medical Colleges as a assistant professor may attend
this selection process.
