DECLARATION OF STATUS

GREETINGS AND SALUTATIONS TO ALL MEN HEREBY PRESENTS that I, Russell John: of the family Thompson, hereinafter Declarant first, being duly cautioned and sworn states and affirms that the information contained herein Declaration is true, correct, complete and not misleading under his full commercial liability and sworn under penalty of penalty. The Declarant states and affirms the following to wit: The Declarant is the lay agent for the fiction that has been created on the public record known as RUSSELL JOHN THOMPSON, RUSSELL J. THOMPSON. R THOMPSON or any derivatives thereof; The Declarant is a member of a dispossessed, disenfranchised, non-immigrant and indigenous people. The Declarant has been subjected to colourable law within the States for the purpose of free and cheap labour thereby being relegated to a class including but not limited to an excluded, noncompensated, subordinated and non-competitive People.The Declarant is not a member of We the People, But a member of the Other People. The Declarant is sovereign and proclaims that the Declarant is a living breathing man that is in possession of a soul and a self governing man on the land. The Declarant does not recognize statutes, codes, regulations, proclamations, rules, edicts, and ordnances that make an attempt to bind him to any and all liabilities and obligations. The Declarant finds the above mentioned so called laws oppressive and repressive and considers them as private, black codes which seek to diminish his capacity to operate as a freeman. The Declarant claims exemption from any and all duties, imposts, and excises. According to his custom and culture, The Declarant strictly adheres to the Common Law, the law that governs the behavior between civilized and lawful people. The Declarant claims to be free and independent and have inalienable rights and do not claim any rights, privileges, immunities, benefits, and protection from any State Constitution nor the Constitution of the United States because it was not written for the benefit of his People. The Declarant hereby claim the right to self determination, lawful self defense, secure the blessing of liberty, equality, freedom to his posterity, provide for the common defense, ensure the domestic tranquility and self preservation and have the lawful right to employ any means necessary to procure it. The Declarant claim any and all rights to his labour and property and designate himself as the holder in due course. The Declarant is not a member of the state of the forum. The Declarant cannot answer to any fictitious appellations created by federal and municipal entities. To do so would be answering to what the Declarant is not, and to answer to what the Declarant is not, he become what he is not. Freemen name themselves. Proper names must always relate to the land, history and culture of the freeman and sovereign. The Declarant answer only to himself, law abiding People and his ancestors. Furthermore, the Declarant sayeth naught.
