2. Chinese & Japanese Americans

Chinese and Japanese Americans came to the United States because of the tourism. The Japanese endured imprisonment during the end of World War II.

Chinese Americans makeup about 1% of the United States population.

In my opinion the Chinese and Japanese Americans make some of the best foods. A lot of which is traditional in their families. The Chinese celebrate Chinese New Year and the Japanese celebrate Obon festival in July and august depending if it is on the northern or eastern part of japan Many Hispanics choose to learn their native tongue of Spanish to communicate in their families. Majority are Roman Catholics and very religious. Traditionally Hispanics are very supportive and social group. They live within familys that usually goes beyond the traditional family. The Hispanic "family unit" includes not only parents and children but also

I admire how important education is to the Chinese and Japanese Americans is. I also admire that like many other families, they believe in working hard to make sure their children have the best education theycan get.

Ancestors of African Americans were enslaved and brought over to North America. thanks to The Thirteenth Amendment of the constitution slavery stopped. The Fourteenth Amendment gave African Americans rights. Despite all the laws that were passed segregation laws were still in effect.
