Authors are requested to submit the papers in MS Word IEEE double column format. Papers which will not be in compliance of prescribed format may face rejection. Papers should not exceed maximum 6 pages. At least one Author should register and pres ent the paper to get it included in the conference proceedings within stipulated time. More about registration procedure and mode of payment would be notified t o the authors of accepted papers with acceptance notification.
