ACTION

1 Meeting started at 11.50 Am noon with a word of prayer. 01.02.00 Site Inspection. 1 Earlier before sitting for the meeting a site Inspection was conducted. The following was noted from the site Inspection:i. All substructure works ii. R.C Superstructure works iii. Walling iv. Plasterwork to Internally v. Plaster to Roof vii.Door Frames viii. Mechanical Plumbing Works viii. Electrical Works 01.03.00 Project Manager's Report 1 Reported that project started on 23th May ,2011 2 Reported that contract period elapsed was 17 weeks out of the 36weeks of the contract period. Encourage the M.C to utilize full force towards the completion of the project. Reported that financial appraisals of the project will be done by the project Quantity Surveyor M.C - 100 % - 90 % - 100 % - 60% - 80% - 50% - 30 % - 30 %

5 Reported the total amount paid was Kshs. 22,023,638.82 6 Reported that financial appraisals of the project will be done by the project Q.S. P.Q.S

Reported that the M.C should ensure that finishes are accurate and 7 plumbness. 8 Reported that the M.C has yet to submit the concrete test certificates.

DESCRIPTION iii) Tank Area - Additional structural instruction and details iv) Changes of Toilet cistern flush system and plumbing system v) Introduced additional reinforced beam to the roof structure due building height and wind loads. Reported that the M.C to provide a revised program of works for the project. Project Quantity Surveyor Report 1 Promised to study and co-operate with the M.C on all matters relating the project.
