Sub: Admission to Post Graduation Programme in Advanced Construction Management at Pune Campus (2012-14 Batch). Dear Candidate, With reference to your application and participation in the Selection Process for Admission to Post Graduation Programme 2012, we are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for admission to the Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM) 2012-14 at Pune Campus. The offer of admission is subject to: 1. Verification of your graduate degree and all other records (in original) on the basis of which your claim for admission will be validated. 2. Overall 50% marks in graduation (B.E./ B.Tech. / B.Arch.). 3. The admission will stand cancelled if any of the documents or declarations submitted by you are found incorrect or false. In case, of a carryover backlog / ATKT, you may secure the admission and join the course. However, you are required to clear the backlog in the specified time given by NICMAR. Any candidate failing to clear the backlog will have to discontinue the PGP course at NICMAR. You have to confirm your admission by depositing the 1st installment of fees on or before 9th March, 2012.The details of fees are as follows: Details Tuition Fee Admission Fee Service Tax on (a+b) Refundable deposit TOTAL Amount Rs. 1,65,000/Rs. 12,000/Rs. 18,231/Rs. 3,000/Rs. 1,98,231/-

The rest of the installments should be paid as per the schedule mentioned in the brochure. The 1st installment of Rs. 1,98,231/- should be paid by Demand Draft drawn in favour of NICMAR SOCM, payable at PUNE on or before 09 March, 2012. Payment in the form of cheques or cash will not be accepted. Fees once paid are non transferable on any account. This fee does not include expenses incurred on lodging and food, study tour, site visits, thesis work, corporate visits, placement and other related activities supplementing the outdoor studies and placement promotions. The Institute strictly follows the rules and regulations of the payment and refund of fee. Hence, it is strictly advised to refer to relevant provisions in the programme brochure. As a student of NICMAR, you will abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Institute as well as the Guidelines of Academic Administration and Institutes Code of Conduct for students. You will be required to give an undertaking to that effect before joining the Institute. The hostel accommodation within the campus is allotted purely on the basis of Merit List. However the Institute will assist in accommodating the students in private hostels near the campus.
