1. Introduction
The project consists on a transmission pipeline construction designed to provide water over a distance of 3250m. The pipeline is starting at a point of 2800 m north-1400 m east due to east to another point of location 2900 m north-4700 m east. The origin point is situated at 39,5 m of altitude, however the end point of the pipe is at 38.6 m of altitude.

3. Design criteria and constrains

The necessary design criteria and contrains are listed in the table below.

4. Solution
The population estimation will be conducted assuming a ssaturation limit via the declining growth method. The head losses will be determied using the Darcy-Weisbach equation.

A. Estimation of the population ( ( 79694 B. Discharge Maksqgn= 150 l/ind/day The daily maximum design discharge is used as the transmission line design discharge; Q = 150x10-3x79694/86400 = 0,138 m3/s C. The minim design diameter of the line Qmax =0,138 m3/s Q=Vmax xA Vmax: 2 m/s D = 0,296 m The pipeline diameter should be bigger than 296 mm. D. According to the max pressure head we have to install one pressure release between D and E (Z:47m,X:1933m).

5. AYRINTILI TASARIM
The economic lifetime of the water transmittion line is planned to be 50 years. Population estimation will be conducted assuming as saturation limit via the declining growth method. After that we determined design discharge with considering max velocity and the pipeline diameter is choosen as 350 mm for this diameter hydrolic grade line is 0,045 and the velocity is 1,43 m/s. In order to raise the water from A to B we used a pump which its power is 72.18 BB and pressure head 27 m. After point B we assumed that the water undergoes a gravity flow. However, highest pressure is 45 m and so that we have to install one pressure release between D and E (Z:47m,X:1933m).

6. Conclusion
We try to design a transmission line considering the minimum costs.
