Kazeem seeks fulfillment by utilizing his skills and potentials to the growth of a viable organization in line with set organizational goals enhanced by the creation of situations which will enable him to exercise significant proportion of his talents to facilitate substantial developmental impact on the organization and larger society with respect to his core areas of interest and passion while obtaining appropriate levels of compensation in so doing. Born on the 19th of January 1973, Kazeem is married to Zainab, and is the proud father of Saleema. He is passionate about sustainable, large-scale, bankable, commercially viable infrastructure project development, finance structuring, and delivery in line with international best practices and is not averse to risk-taking including career changes. He holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Obafemi Awolowo University. He researches Evaluating and Comparing the Responses/Reactions of Para-Transit Operators to BRT System Introduction and Implementation in Lagos and Bogota, and on Extracting Lessons from These Experiences for Future, Similar Projects at the University of Cape Town towards a MPhil Degree* in Transport Studies and takes modularstructured courses in Bus Planning and Operations Mgt; Integrated Land-Use Transport Planning; Intermodal Public Transport Planning and Economics; Local Area Transport Planning, Mgt, and Design; Mgt of Transport Supply and Demand; Non-Motorized Transportation (NMT) Planning; Rail Planning and Operations Mgt; Transport Demand Analysis and Project Assessment; and Transport Modeling. Kazeem works in the P3RC Unit of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission midwifing PPP Projects. He worked with the Honorable Minister of State, Federal Capital Territory as the Special Assistant (Technical and Strategy) focused on the Satellite Towns Development Agency (STDA) and all other technical elements within the Honorable Ministers purview including but not limited to Resettlement and Compensation; Mass Housing; Area Councils; Social Development; Abuja Enterprises Agency; Muslim and Christian Pilgrims Affairs; Agriculture and Rural Development Secretariat; Special Duties such as

Task Force on Traffic Management of High Capacity Bus Routes into the FCT; Area Councils Joint Account Allocation Committee; amongst others. Kazeem earlier worked with Stewart Scott International (of the DHV Group) as a Transport Systems Planner where he coordinated the South African National transport Master Plan (NATMAP) for nineteen (19) months while providing valuable inputs towards the successful: Drafting of a NMT Master Plan for the Cape Winelands District Municipality involving coordination of wide-area Household, Intercept, Stated Preference, and GPS Travel Surveys and attendant Data Analysis and Presentation; Development of a NMT Network Plan for Stellenbosch Municipality; (Arterial) R300 Pedestrian Survey and Reporting; Ekhuruleni Metropolitan Municipalitys Current Public Transport Records (CPTR) Update; KZN Municipalitys Metered Taxi policy; numerous Traffic Impact Assessments and Studies; Tender preparations; amongst others. While at SSI, on several occasions, he was invited to and participated in brainstorming workshops on: National Department of Transports (NDOT) South African NMT Policy; NMT Strategies for the cities of Tshwane (Pretoria) and Cape Town; City of Cape Towns NMT Safety Workshop. He reviewed and provided acknowledged valuable critique and recommendations on Western Capes Provincial freight Transport and Logistics Implementation Action Plan; and the NDOTs NMT Policy. He is an identified stakeholder in the review of City of Cape Towns Integrated Transport and Development Plans. He is a member of both the City of Cape Towns NMT Forum and Western Capes Freight Forum. He benefited from several lectures, workshops, seminars, and trainings such as Peak Oil; South African Transport Legislation Workshop; and trainings such as Africa Roads 2008s Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) Master Class; ITS South Africas ITS Master Class, Traffic (Management and) Control Rooms Workshop, and SANRAL supported Road User Charging & Electronic Toll Collection Training; SANRAL/PIARC International Seminar on Promoting Safety for Vulnerable Road Users (VRUs); South African National Treasury Departments PPP Training; amongst others.

He was part of a 25-man ITSSA team that undertook an extensive Technical Site Visit, and Test-Run of the Gautrain HSR project. He also took part in the Universal Accessibility Audit of SA 2010 Stadia. He holds a South African Exceptional Skills Work Permit. He is affiliated to SAPI, ITSSA, and SAICE in South Africa, and NITP and TOPREC* in Nigeria. Kazeem views [Infrastructure] Development Facilitation and Strategic Planning as a soft skills specialty hinged on the strategic development, recruitment, and management of stakeholder interests important in the development of innovative and practical solutions to infrastructure lapses/logjams followed by critical assessment of the status quo, defining, comparing, and mapping lapses against international best practices, employment of often frequently overlooked or misunderstood approaches towards the identification of the full dynamics of infrastructure lapses; full benefits, costs, and equity impacts of (alternative) policies and programs; and comparison and evaluation of alternatives with the aim to plan, design, deliver, manage, and review infrastructure provision, balancing the needs of society, the economy, and the environment, leading to the ultimate creation of bridges between theory, practice, and reality. He honed his Business Planning and Development Skills at Investment and Credit Holdings LLC (ICHL) where he was the (Virtual) Office Manager and a Member of the Transaction Team. He provided crucial support in Logistics and Planning; Negotiations; Stakeholder Analysis, Recruitment, and Relationship Management; Service Provider Relationship Management; Project Research and Development; Initial Due Diligence; Project Review, Monitoring, and Fund Management;; etc required towards ICHLs successful bid to invest in, restructure, and recapitalize the Urban Development Bank of Nigeria as the prime financial intermediary for infrastructure projects and sub-national government finance in Nigeria. He is a Non-Executive Director of the UDBN. In October 2007, he informally reviewed and commented on the Technical Review Memorandum prepared by the Presidential Committee on Financing Railway Modernization in Nigeria. His more distant employment history span stints of logistics and business development endeavors (notably) at: SPVs: HS Gas Systems Ltd.-

successfully positioned Enerflex Canada to supply and commission gas compression equipment in Nigeria; NUL Nig Partners- bid to acquire the Nigerian Unity (Shipping) Lines Operating License; Consortium of ATX Software and Banco Efisa- bid for the General Multi-Purpose Cards System in Nigeria; and Investment and Credit Boutique Ltd.- proposed an Equity Fund for the Nigerian Oil and Gas Sectors Local Content Development. At twenty-four, he proposed, developed, and profitably ran a Transport Services Division offering long-distance luxury bus travel amidst resistance from other (and mini) bus operators, for Sun-O-San Nigeria Ltd. Kazeem is an ambitious, outgoing, amiable, and complex-free fast learner and strategic thinker with proven ability to manage people, processes, and projects to achieve development objectives in line with organizational goals, objectives, and operational guidelines. He is an independent, proactive, extremely patient, and unerringly dependable team player able to work well under pressure and within teams. He possesses excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills which he leverages to create and manage effective, above-board relationships with both public and private sector representatives. He possesses a relentless work ethic devoted to getting the job done, on time, and done well! An outstanding research analyst, Kazeem possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills; is challenge and detail-oriented, able to execute across a broad array of stakeholders with capacity to multitask on any given task(s) with the barest of notice, foreknowledge, and supervision. He has high-level Computer, MS Office, and internet user skills. He has a strong flair for languages and speaks fluent English as well as Yoruba and Hausa. He is willing to travel extensively within Africa and globally. Kazeem was a member and later Vice-President elect, Corporate Development of AIESEC where his membership led to numerous valueadding organizing committee memberships and attendance of several training seminars in personal, and business development, relationship management, conflict resolution, logistics and planning, leadership and entrepreneurial skills among others. He was also at different times Curator, Secretary, Assistant Captain, and Acting Captain of the Obafemi Awolowo University Cricket Team- 2002 NUGA Games Silver Medalist.
