Customer who wants static IP address under BSNL 3G post-paid plans, can be provided with one static IP address @ Rs. 250/- per month.

3G Data Card Annual Payment Option

Annual payment option for all 3G post-paid data plans will be available with two months Fixed Monthly Charges (FMC) discount i.e. ten months FMC will be taken as annual charge, when the payment is made at a time in advance. Annual payment option as mentioned above will also be applicable to Static IP address charges.

i.

3G Data Card Discounts

i. A discount of 10% on FMC of all 3G post-paid data plan is to be offered to Government Employees (Central Government/ State Government/ PSUs) both existing / new connection after verifying the credential of the officer. The above 10% discount cannot be clubbed with any other special discount/concession. ii. Retired Government Employee can also get discount of 10% on FMC of all 3G post-paid data plan- A discount of 10% on FMC of all 3G post-paid data plan is to be offered to Retired Government Employees

CDMA Data Card Prepaid Plans

i. CDMA Data Card Prepaid Plan for NIC The charges for unlimited data usage with NIC card under CDMA 1X are Rs.350 with a validity of 30 days. The charges mentioned above will be automatically deducted from the account balance. The unlimited free data usage is also applicable while in national roaming. i. CDMA Data Card Prepaid STVs15 The following STVs are available for Prepaid Customers; the customers should be encouraged to use the STVs instead of configuring the CDMA Data Card Prepaid Plans (given below in the next point) directly into the Billing System. The following STVs can only be used if the connection is created in EVDO Prepaid Plan (In FX Launcher add EVDO Prepaid Plan under CDMA Prepaid Package Group). When the customer is not using the following Data STVs, normal plan data charge of Rs. 0.05/100KB (Day) and Rs. 0.025/100KB (Night, 2300hrs to 0700hrs) will be applicable.

Customers purchasing CDMA 1X Data Card (NIC) from BSNL will be offered One Month Unlimited free data usage with activation. 15 Applicable to both EVDO & NIC. When the customer is not using Data STVs, normal plan data charge will be applicable Page | 12

ii. CDMA Data Card Prepaid Plan for EVDO The following Prepaid Plans are to be configured statically in the Billing System; the charges mentioned below will be automatically deducted from the customers account. If there is insufficient balance in the customers account, the account balance will become negative and on subsequent recharge, the remaining amount will deducted from the account balance. These plans should be offered only when the customer is willing to continue with these plans in the near future. a. About WiMAX

WiMAX is a unique technology being deployed by BSNL for the first time in India. This technology provides fixed as well as fully mobile high speed broadband connectivity along with roaming feature. It provides users a thrilling Internet browsing experience. The customer can recharge his account online from the BSNL portal after purchasing the voucher either through BSNL CSC or other retail outlets. BSNL offers large variety of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) including Outdoor, Indoor and USB dongles from which customers can choose as per their application requirements. Indoor: Best suited for Home/Office users. Can be used in moving vehicle also. Dongle: Small Dongle can be connected directly to PC / Laptop via USB port. Outdoor: Suitable for remote and rural areas. Can be used up to 15 Km distance (Line of sight) from BTS site.
