Interview method was administered to collect the content. With most of the informants, the question was asked & response was recorded (on a note) over a dialogue. During the interview, the informant was briefed about the purpose, the approximate duration of the interview, assured confidentiality of the informants perspective and finally, prompted to be as genuine as possible. It was truly an experience to watch the respondents varied reactions to the context under dialogue.

A tricky question.for me, spirituality is knowing oneself. Its all about understanding your weaker areas as a human being and try to overcome them. Spirituality is about being good and doing good, in whatever may be the way this good bring peace and happiness. At the end of the day, it all boils down to having clear thought and aligned actions is all about spirituality.

Spirituality is clarity of thought on who we are, what we need and what is that we can offer to the society. Its about believing God and having a mental connection with the God. Through spirituality, I heard, people can relax themselves. I think thats why some B-Schools are teaching courses on spirituality.
