G. PAYMENT SCHEDULE OF LAND COST:
1. Payment schedule will be intimated to the successful applicants, later-on.
2. Land cost and Development charges will be recovered from the successful applicants in easy
installments according to their relevant category of plot.
3. Late payment surcharge will be recovered from the defaulters @ Rs.2% per month for each
delayed month. (one day over will be considered whole month).
4. Application without Bank Draft/Pay order and found incomplete will not be entertained.

I. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED WITH APPLICATION FORM:
1. Original Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of The Academic Employees Cooperative
Housing Society Ltd., Faisalabad payable at National Bank of Pakistan,
Malikpur/Mananwala Branch Faisalabad (Account No.1541-4).
2. No payment will be accepted in Cash or Cheque.
3. Three coloured recent passport size photographs of the applicant attested on reverse. (one be
pasted on form and two for office use).
4. Attested Photocopies of own and nominees CNIC (two each).
5. Application Form can be had from AECHS, Faisalabad during office working hours from
20.04.2011 and also download from Email aechs_wapdatown@yahoo.com (Passward 123456).
6. Photo Copy of the Application Form is also acceptable.
7. Last date for receipt of applications is 05.06.2011 & sent it to The Secretary Academic
Employees Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., (WAPDA Town) 197/RB Baghewala,
Faisalabad

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Same Bye-Laws will be applicable as for the Ist Phase.
2. In any case housing scheme (2nd Phase) is dropped, the applicants/Members will be entitled
for the amounts declared refundable without any extra claim or interest.

K. CERTIFICATE/UNDERTAKING:
Certify that I fully agree with the Terms & Conditions laid down thereof and affirm that my
particulars are true to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed.
Should there be any thing detected at any stage contrary to the facts, the AECHS Ltd., Faisalabad
shall have the right to cancel the allotment of my plot and refund the deposited due amount after
deducting 10% surcharge.
