8) Exercise: Boldly write your goal(s) down on a separate piece
of paper and post it somewhere you can regularly see it. You may
even chose to create a dream board by gathering images that
reflect the end result you desire and pasting them on a poster
board. This can also serve as a constant reminder. However,
this can never take the place of the images you hold upper-most
in your mind.
The next step is to purposefully take time each day to think
about this goal, envisioning that you have already achieved
it. More specifically, feel the feelings that go a along with
having already achieved the goal.
